Had taxes done there this year. Had 20 dollar off coupon. Employee put my information in. Then tells me I owed over 1k. I said really? I think you forgot to put my mortgage info in. He said… oh…yes. oops. Then after all was said and done. He looked at coupon and said… oops. It’s too late. I’ll ask my mgr tomorrow and get back to you. 3 days later I go into the office because I have not heard anything… no calls nothing. I talk to lady and she said sorry… nothing can be done. Maybe there is a chance to do a rebate… I said thanks I’ll never come here again. Been with them over 20 years. Oh well. This happened in the WOODBURN OR. location.

Had my taxes done here this year. Knowledgeable and friend tax preparers. They charge a little higher then I would expect but I will pay it because I don’t want to do my own taxes and run the risk of messing them up.
