Pizza Hut

They always find a way to make there customers happy. That’s one thing you have to give props for! Many customers are just too picky and what counts is them fixing it :)

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
called to order a pizza and apparently I am just outside of the radius for delivery. This is understandable however the person I spoke with was extremely rude about the policy and raised her voice at me, after which she refused to let me speak to a manager.
This place isn’t worth it. Go to dominos. At least they respect their customers.

They just changed everything unfortunately. The wings are 8 for $ 6.50 and they are now just frozen fried wings with sauce (that sucked) poured on top.

This was definitely one of the most strange dining experiences I’ve had. The waiter was «friendly», and that’s as far as it went. The buffet table at lunch was not impressive upon entry, but that was not a concern then as I have encountered that situation often and it was corrected later. It never really got corrected in this case though. There was a new pizza coming out from time to time; not one I would have chosen, and the quality was just not up to par. Then there was the service… A short time into my dining experience, my waiter decided to take his break. No problem… or was it? No one took his place. He enjoyed his own meal off of the buffet. So no drink refills. This is one of the downsides to Pizza Hut lunch buffet, not having self service drinks. I don’t mind getting my own, but if the only way I am able to get a refill is to get water out of the restroom faucet, there is a problem.

Hey, this place was not bad for a quick lunch. The salad bar and the pizza was good as was the pasta’s and the workers actually acted like they wanted to be there. I will go back!
