I absolutely LOVE coming to this store whenever I visit the Woodburn Outlet. The staff is always friendly and they usually have some good sales going on and a big selection. If you’re looking for a bargain then check the clearance shoes! However, sometimes you’ll find shoes on sale in the main area. Like today I bought a pair of high tops that were regular $ 55 for only $ 29.99…just went on sale this morning. They also have a huge selection of shoe laces, shirts, hats, and their Converse keychains! Always one of my favorite things to buy whenever I visit. So if you’re a hardcore Converse fan(or know someone that is) then definitely check this place out.

Best customer service I’ve ever received from any retail store. Employees were super helpful and friendly helping me order a shoe that wasn’t in stock. They sure know how to leave customers happy and try to help you with anything you need. Great sale prices as well! Will be coming back! :)

Needed some new kicks, and while I have a general phobia of malls, shopping centers, etc. I thought it might be worth venturing into the outlets to hopefully find a good selection of Cons at a good price. Unfortunately after getting there, location the store on the map and making my way to it I was welcomed by a painted«Closed for Renovations» window, with«Reopening soon on…» with the date duct-taped over. I haven’t been able to find any information anywhere as to when or if they plan to reopen. A wasted trip for me, so if you are thinking of going here, maybe call ahead.

Converse are my go to kick-it shoes and what’s better than the outlet store selling lots of low tops, hi tops and JPs. Problem with this is the prices are not always the cheapest. If you are lucky, you may find a pair of leathers for 20 bux — but I’ve only came across this once in the past 5 years.

The prices seem on par with an outlet. The isles are a bit crammed, I found it hard to move around with a stroller through the store. This wasn’t really that memorable of a shopping experience really.

It was ok Staff did great me as I came in but didn’t ask if I needed help. The store was busy but no one seemed to be on the floor helping people find things. I know that Converse has a very small selection for people with clown feet like me but it would be nice to see them.

All I wanted was a pair of black low-top Chuck Taylors in a men’s 9.5. Fairly common size that they were out of in pretty much everything. One might argue half sizes of Converse aren’t common, but they didn’t have 9s either. Furthermore, the employees who were largely uninterested that they seemed to be out of anything, suggested I just get them a full size smaller or larger. Oh yeah… that’d be comfortable.
