This place is about the size of a large walk-in closet. Cramped as it may be, the racks of scarves and dresses give it a soft welcoming feel. The walls are decorated with buyable things like mirrors and wall plaques. They have a candle and perfume section, a section full of gaudy purses and a table with jewelry display. I never look at the jewelry because I look ridiculous in bulky cocktail jewelry. But if that’s your thing, rock it. In the middle of the store they have a couple tables set up with pretty much the same kitschy stuff at any other store like this. I did buy a lovely set of Owl salt and pepper shakers. and some owl car fresheners, and an owl stuffed ani… Okay, shut up, I know I have a problem. The further toward the back you get, they have racks along the walls of clothes. Its your average teenager/early twenties blouses. Not that tacky neon shit they sell at Walmart. This stuff has class. No offense, WallyWorld shoppers. There are two(maybe three?) fitting rooms. They look pretty small and the door is a curtain. It seems to me the girls trying clothes on always have someone on guard. The entirety of the store has all of the French boutique charm that its trying to capture only without the French people… «Cuz This Is a ‘Merica». All in all, this is a 4 for me. Even if I don’t buy, its fun to look.

LOVE the clothes. Good quality, super adorable. The stores are cute and small with beautiful jewelry and and funny products as well as clothing. But customer service SUCKS. Vain girls run the store with no work ethic

Francesca’s Collection is a fun, fairly priced boutique with jewelry, bags, clothing, scarves, other accessories, and gifts. It’s a chain, but it doesn’t feel like it compared to many of the other shops in Woodbury Lakes.
