Kelsey removed a milia from my lower eyelid. She did a fantastic job and I’m so glad it is gone! I was nervous because it was so close to my eye, but she was very professional and got rid of it, no problem. I definitely would go back for other procedures. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing.

Wow, these reviews are rough. I can’t speak for the spa in general, but I give Alysha W. 5 stars, hands down. I have followed Alysha all over this city for the past, I think, 8 years. She is an amazing aesthetician, and a really nice, caring person. I have been a bit of a spa junky for years, and I have a lot of experiences to use for comparison. Alysha gives a quality facial, microdermabrasion, and chemical peel. She is thoughtful and receptive, and she really loves taking care of people’s skin. My experiences with her have always been top notch, and this has not changed at Radiance. I have had no issues with any of the Radiance staff, and the environment is quite nice.

I bought laser hair treatments and it did nothing but give me a need to search for somewhere else to go. Very disappointed. I guess if you want permanent, go to electrolysis person. I used electrolysis before on other spots and hair never grew back in decades, I think laser is a gimmick and a rip off for what I was charged. Update 2015, a few dermatologists since getting laser, told me laser hair doesn’t work well on face/chin or fine hair areas. It’s great for coarse hairs found on legs and bikini line. Check with a dermatologist first for advice.

I went to Radiance for some laser hair removal treatments last year – this was of course before every laser hair removal clinic in town offered deals on Crowd Cut, Living Social and Groupon, so I paid a fortune for my treatments! I was happier with some results more than others, but I hear results vary from person to person and from one body area to another. All in all, my experience with Radiance was ok. Jennifer, who is the manager, was my laser technician. She was great! – super friendly, and she paid very close attention to my requests and needs. I would recommend her to anyone interested in going there. My main issue(in hindsight) was with my inital consultation. I met with Kelley, and she went over my different options and answered most of my questions before I set up my first treatment session. She also asked if I was interested in a complimentary digital complexion analysis, which I said I was; but then she came back in and said she didn’t have enough time to do it, and never offered to reschedule one – I just thought that was a little weird, especially since I had a scheduled appointment, and if she didn’t have enough time to fit something like that in, she never should’ve offered it to me. Besides that, I had some concern about some very light-colored«fuzz» on my upper lip. I asked her specific questions regarding the treatment of that area, and she said it wouldn’t be any problem to take care of it. So, I went through all of the treatment sessions, experiencing absolutely NO improvement in the area, only to be informed by Jennifer that the laser treatment only works on the dark(more coarse) hairs. Well I didn’t have any of those on my lip! So, I didn’t even need to pay for that treatment or go through all of that pain! The money I spent would buy an awful lot of lip wax, and that’s something I know takes care of the fuzz! In my opinion, Kelley should’ve provided that bit of information during my original consultation – anyone could easily see that I had no dark hairs!(I have a hunch that Jennifer would’ve noticed and saved me the trouble, if I hadn’t needed to have that area shaved before every treatment session.) Oh well, you live and learn right? I was satisfied with the results of my bikini area, so it wasn’t all for not.
