Ruby Tuesday

I’ve been to this location on many occasions.
The service/​staff is always very pleasant and on point. I’ve never had a dish I didn’t like.
On the most recent visit, my fiancé and I ordered the pork stuffed potato skins as an appetizer. They looked kind of questionable but holy crap — they were delicious!
I ordered the chicken fresco which I thought tasted a little bland but it could have been because I put too much balsamic vinaigrette on my salad. It was still good, though.
My fiancé ordered the pretzel burger which he devoured in minutes so it must’ve been good!
It’s in a great location for lunch and there’s never usually a wait.

Just what I needed in a mall– a bar! Wasn’t expecting much so what a pleasant surprise. Sorry I didn’t get the barmaid’s name but she was so sweet & made my drink perfect. My sampler platter of appetizers was hot & fresh. A lot of regulars came in while I was there & I swear it felt like Cheers. A couple who just got engaged came in to celebrate. Hey, what more can you ask for @ 1p.m. on a Saturday?

Well I ordered some chips and artichoke dip and found a piece of spiral pasta, french fy, and a croûton in my chips. How the hell all 3 made it there is beyond me. No wonder there was no wait to get in and Red Robin had a 45 min wait. Pictures to follow.

I’ll start off by saying I love Ruby Tuesday. The drinks never disappoint and the food is consistent. Today I stopped in for a quick lunch. The bartender was super friendly and was not over bearing. I will definitely make it into this location again!
I ordered a turkey burger with bacon avacado and substituted swiss cheese for american. This burger comes with a side of fries. It was exactly what I stopped in for. I also had a mango mojito. Their mixed drinks are safe to say better than 99% of restaurants because they are not cheap with their pours and use fresh juices and garnishes.

I really love this place. Friendly people, nice atmosphere. We always loved their turkey burgers but yesterday we had them and they were different. Much fatter and I did not enjoy it. Asked both the waitress and the manager if they changed the ones they use but I was told no. That is not possible. I know my burgers. They are different. Guess I’ll have to stick to grilled chicken.

Since burgers are probably 80% of their food ordered, their burgers are amazing. I ordered one plain with just a patty and bun and they put cheese on it so the waitress sent it back and the manager personally apologized. It wasn’t a big deal at all and customer service is one of the big things a restaurant needs besides good food and they’ve got both. Great prices too!

The food was good enough, nothing is fantastic. The drink selection is nice, but beer selection is limited. A lot of girly mixed drinks and a fair amount of virgin teas and such as well, in addition to the regular soda selection.
The salad bar is fresh. The service was good. The food was fine. The music was not very restaurant-​esque. Overall, an average meal. Recently reinvented the menu, but it is the same level of quality as the old one.

Ruby’s has tried to reinvent itself recently as a slightly more upscale chain.
Received a 10 dollar off 2 entrees coupon in the mail, and my brother gave me a 50 dollar gift card for here for my birthday. Took my wife on a friday night and we were seated right away. We lucked out on parking too, right near the entrance.
Our waitress /​server was friendly and attentive, and even talked with us a bit about the Olympics. We tipped her well. Now on the food…
We ordered from the Chef’s Specials menu. I ordered the Blackened Tilapia covered with mango salsa and a baked potato as my side. My wife had the Jamaican Jerk Shrimp which was served over rice pilaf. The «Garden Bar» salad bar was included with both entrees.
The salad bar was fresh and while it was limited in size it packed everything in that anyone would want. The only downside was the sneeze guard was hanging down so low it was a stretching exercise to get to the dressing I wanted on the back row of the bar.
I ordered a large draft Sam Adams summer ale and my wife ordered a big margarita. The drinks arrived and we also ordered crabcake minis to split as an appetizer. We then received 2 small things that looked like biscuits on a plate which we immediately thought was our appetizer but upon tasting them we realized they were indeed «biscuits». Even though they were small (about the size of a mini-​bagel pizza bite), they were tasty. Nowhere near as good as Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits, but they were still good. Just next time bring out a few more, seriously. We were never told what they were or asked if we wanted any more but we did receive our mini crab cakes shortly after. There were plenty of them to share and they came with a spicy ranch dipping sauce.
Our entrees were served steaming hot (the plates were hot to touch). My tilapia was cooked perfectly, and the mango salsa complemented it nicely, but it was far from «blackened». Regardless, it was good. Not as good as what my wife ordered though. Her Jamaican Jerk Shrimp was amazing. Succulent, sweet and spicy. Next time here I know what am ordering.
We were both impressed with the makeover. Keep sending me coupons and I will surely be back.

Great for the husband or boyfriend that just wants to get away and let his lady do her thing.
Go in grab a pint, enjoy some kind of sporting event on the TV’s and escape the mayhem of the mall
I went in seeing it was perfect timimg for their happy hour and well the wifey was jumping from store to store… Ok let me just say this… this is the happy hour that kicks ass… for being in a mall and a chain joint i was impressed
I Rocked out baja chicken quesadillas’ and the southwestern spring rolls…
The spring rolls had Grilled chicken. Cheese, black beans, veggies… wrapped up in a tortilla and ranch dressing to dip in… yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa this was good. Chicken was done right, the cheese was melting all over the chicken like it owned it. a personal blanket we might say… which i like.
The baja also had a great taste to it. that chile lime sauce. they use was quite tasty… nice little kick to it in the spice department… the tortilla they used was done right.
Another great reason why i enjoyed this happy hour was that they had Sammy A Summer ale on tap and the prices for the apps were 5 bucks… yeaa we had a few of theses to wash down the goodness i had eaten.
The bar is kinda small seeing this is located in the mall, they try to use the space as best as they can. The bartender was awesome, she had a great attitude, everyone was friendly, and the place was clean

We love Ruby Tuesday’s salad bar and the crab cake is the best around! It is seared and so tasty! My favorite drink is the Summer White Peach Sangria. The only thing they could change is their cable provider… we want to watch our Phillies!!!

I love or should I say loved ruby tuesdays until recently. I came in with my mom and 3 yr old niece. It was slow the hostess was really friendly he played with my niece and gave her extra crayons. Our server forgot the little ones drink which bothered me because as a server I always make sure the kids are happy. Our appetizer (the spinach dip) came out promptly and was delicious. Our meal took a little longer and we heard a crash turns out it was my plates. Our server brought my mothers meal which kind of upset us because I was sharing with the little one and now she was watching mum mum eat. The meal only ook another 5 minutes but you could tell it had been rushed I had the chicken and broccoli pasta the penne was very aldente the brocoli was cold we ate it and never got a chance to request it be heated or anything because oh serve was absent until ahe brought the check. I just wish a manager would have approached at some point. A few nights later it was my brothers choice for birthday dinner we had the same server and I was actually excited to give her another chance. She brought prompt drinks we got a fry appetizer and she wasn’t writing down our orders and we asked for extra sour cream but received none. Then she brought my brother the wrong salad and I asked if he was supposed to have chicken and she said no he ordered a basic garden salad and I said no he didn’t and want able to recite exactly what he asked for with his 2 modifications. No apology just a disappearance until she returned with the chicken. Never once did we get a refill. We had planned on orderig dessert but over heard her complaing that she wanted to leave and realized we had no choice when she dropped the check without offering desert. Again I was dissapointef that no manager approached us about the salad being wrong. So much for a second chain with that server. I hope to not have her again if I even come back.

This Ruby Tuesday is in Deptford Mall but it has a parking-​lot-​facing entrance. Parking for this Ruby Tuesday is mall parking, so it should be more than sufficient.
Service was pretty good. The server came back several times during the meal to make sure I had everything I needed. I ordered a grilled fish burger that is no longer on the menu but the kitchen was still able to make it. As for the salad bar, there were a few new items since I last visited a Ruby Tuesday but I thought the coleslaw was the best.
Overall, the restaurant seemed to be clean and in good repair. Ruby Tuesday isn’t the most exciting chain restaurant but some restaurants within this chain are better than others.

Friendly staff. Food is decent. Just a regular Ruby Tuesday.

They tie with Charlie Brown’s for my FAVORITE luscious burger. I always get mine ‘bloody’ (RARE) with American cheese and they are just incredible. They make them absolutely perfect all the time. I also like their salad bar alot and the fact that they offer avocado on so many selections — yum. Their desserts look devine, although I never have had room for one yet: (
