Thanks to John and his team for handling the Holiday crush and meeting demands of every day customers. I use the location for my mail and packages for my sales territory.
They always greet me with a smile and handle all of my requests quickly.

Back in Wisconsin we shipped items via the UPS Store many times without a problem. This was our first time shipping via the Woodbury store. We shipped two iPads to Amazon to trade them in. We had the UPS Store pack the items for us and they arrived at Amazon destroyed. We paid $ 6.00 for packaging… did they just throw them into the box without any padding? There is $ 200.00 we would have received from Amazon down the toilet. Will never ship through this UPS Store again. Wish I could give them a huge ZERO!

Awful customer service. I ship with UPS all the time, however this time was the first time after i said what was in the padded envelope the cashier completely opened the package and dumped everything out to verify! What a jerk. I usually use the UPS store in Eagan, but was at home so this was the closest store. Next time I’ll wait.
