I love how they have dairy free cheese. The staff is on top of it. Very friendly and quick with a greeting(also their goodbyes). The pizza itself is fantastic. They are also very clean here, yes even the bathroom.

I’m gonna start with customer service, the hotel had menus for local Pizza. I decide on Mod Pizza because I never had it before and the menu looked interesting. When I called to place my order young lady answered and I started with I would like to place an order for delivery, and she replied very nice and said she was sorry that they didn’t deliver. I was pretty bummed cause now I had to order from same o Pizza place. Within 3 minutes my phone rings and it is the GM of Mod Pizza and apologize for not having delivery and wanted me to try their Pizza and was willing to deliver the pizza himself. Now for the review of their Pizza. Hands down awesome pizza, fresh ingredients makes a pizza the best. I chose to create [build your own] Pizza. Start with the mega [ double thin crust ] Pesto sauce, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese, mushrooms, black olives, artichokes, red onion, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, garlic, spicy sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and balsamic fig glaze drizzled on top. I would eat there again no question about it.

We say this place on Unilocal and figured we would check it out. We pull up and walk right in on Saturday at about 7PM there were people inside but not to busy. Since it was our first time we were looking over the menu. The girl behind the counter greeted us with a smile and asked if we had been there before. We said no and she took the time to explain the process to us. We went with a mini and a MOD size. I thought the topping had good flavor the pizza crust is thin between a tortilla and a pita bread. We also ordered only 1 drink total was under $ 18.00 now I only had 3 toppings on the MOD size spicy sausage onions and mushrooms. I was really hungry when I walked in and to me I wasn’t filled up after eating that usually I like a thicker crust but I enjoyed the pizza. My wife got the mini and was content with that she had different toppings and was very pleased with the taste and portion. Next time we will get two of the MOD size or add a salad. I didn’t time it but I would guess it took about only 7 minutes.

As soon as you step in the door the staff is energetic, vibrant & they craft flawless pizza. You’re foolish to go to Pizza Hut, Jets Pizza or Benito’s ever again.

This place is relatively new to Woodhaven and my wife and I thought we would give it a try. We had been to the Royal Oak location shortly after it opened and thought it was pretty good. The staff is very friendly and say hello when you arrive and goodbye when you leave. There is a menu on the wall with suggested types of pizzas they will make for you while you watch. If none of those are to your liking you can make one with as many or as few toppings as you want. My wife chose the size and the toppings from a large array of fresh ingredients for our carry-out pizza. It was shuttled into the wood-fired oven on the wood paddle. Not more than five minutes later it was done and we were out of there. We ate it the next day and although it was good, I would suggest eating it fresh out of the oven for the best flavor and pizza eating experience.

My first time visit was tonight for a fundraiser for my sons Troop. Dan the store manager was greT in helping us set it up. The staff were extremely friendly, the restaurant clean and efficient! They use all natural ingredients and everything we had was great! My son ordered a pizza while my daughter and I had salads. We had tons of food. We then ordered the cinnamon bread and shakes for dessert, again delish!

This is by far my favorite place to eat since moving to the Trenton/Woodhaven area. The service and atmosphere is great but the food is even better! Every pizza I have had(off the menu with a few modifications) has been great but their SALADS& Salad Pizzas are TODIEFOR! You get to pick what type of greens you want(or a combo of them) along with a HUGE variety of fresh and unique toppings. I love their«Deluxe Salad with Chicken» plus red onion & sweet cherry peppers. The price is the same no matter what toppings you choose for your salad or Salad Pizza(your salad gets put ontop of an asiago pizza crust… Mind-Blowingly Good, you have to try it!) Everytime I go I get one To-Go. Really is fresh & fast, I recommend to everyone!

Not impressed. Was not even asked what kind of pizza I wanted even though we had stood there looking at the sign of pizza types for five minutes. It was very rushed, no one smiled and one girl literally said to me «is that all you want is cheese or what?». After I had to explain I wanted a pizza type on the sign next to me they threw the pizza with sauce back on the shelf and started my new pizza. The pizza was supposed to have red sauce dollops on it as was my husbands but not surprisingly neither of them did. Pizza tastes terrible, customer service was lacking. We will not be back.

This area«WAS» in DESPERATE need of a GOOD pizza joint &MOD really delivers!!! The pizza bar concept took a little getting used to. This place has GREAT pizza with good quality ingredients & any topping you could imagine? You pay by the size, not the toppings & it’s really reasonably priced. We got 2 minis &2 small drinks, which have free refills for $ 14& some change. When your pizza is done they yell your name & you pick it up @ the counter, so after you get through the line it’s pretty much self service. The place is acceptably clean considering how busy it is. The staff is SUPER friendly & helpful. Do yourself a favor & go, you won’t be sorry you did!!!

OMGAMAZINGAMAZINGAMAZING!!! First and forever customers… please try this place it will not disappoint Let me first start with the staff and general manager are phenomenal. I called after our lunch to tell the manager how great everything was and Dan was so extremely pleasant and kind. We were at sprint and reay wanted to try this place. But they were crazy busy, turns out they had a fundraiser. We had to go to comcast and the store and on the way back we seen they had died down, so in we went! When walking in we were greeted with the multiple hellos. Standing at the front looking at the menus in the front to decide if we wanted to build our own, a young girl was sweeping and cleaning. Her name was Sasha and she asked if we had been there before in which we replied«no». She immediately stopped what she was doing and came over to explain to us the concept and go over pricing. Such a pleasant girl with an upbeat attitude. We decided to make our own and had 2 wonderful girls working on our pizzas, i wish i would have gotten their names. My mom loves her meat pizza and got red sauce, mushrooms, spicy italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon and candaian bacon. I decided to be crazy and adventrous and got arguila, red sauce, artichoke, candian ham and bacon with a drizzle of balsmic fig sauce after. OHMYGOODNESS! It came out piping hot by the time we got our drinks and sat down. We were nervous because we LOVE pizza and really wanted to like it. Not only did we like it we loved it. First bite in we looked at each other and knew we were in heaven. Mom said her pizza was so cheesy and she loved the crust. She also said how the sausage wasnt overly spicy but just right. My pizza was the best i had ever bad. Thr artichokes were soft but not mushy, the arguila was cooked and not wilted, thr candian bacon and bacon were perfectly salty and the cheese stretched above my head when pulling apart the slices. The balsmic fig glaze i could eat with a spoon it was so perfectly sweet. We had an 11 inch and each ate 2 slices but we laughed because it was so good we didnt wanna stop. Around 9pm we were ready to gl back to MOD for more. No joke try this place it’s amazing, and so friendly.

Wow what a great concept for pizza. Plus it’s thin crust which I really prefer and have a hard time finding around where I live. I absolutely love that you can pick your own fresh toppings and it doesn’t take very long for it to be out of the oven. The price is more then fair. The staff very very helpful and the facilities were clean. It’s hard to go wrong when you can pick your own toppings. They also serve craft beers and have a few tvs which I think is a bonus.

Love the food and enjoy the music. I gave two stars because I came in at 9:00pm when they close at 10:00, and they were already closing and put up all of the chairs so we had to pull down chairs to sit and eat the pizza. The associates didn’t offer to get us chairs, and they were filling their cups with pop and enjoying their time. This is my second time, and I am disappointed in my experience.

Since the place has been open only over a month i have been there over five times. Like at that burger joint those guys run they welcome you as you come through the door. I would say it’s much like a the subway of pizza. Pizza and salad is what they sell. Three sizes and you pick the toppings, as many as you want for the same price. The pizza area is crowded with teen-20 somethings ready to top your pizza as instructed with no thought put into it construction. Methodically circle spreading 1 scoop of red sauce and then piling a scoop of cheese almost only in the middle if the pie. The first time i went i thought it was odd to put everything so far from the edge but i rolled with it. Needless to say what I expected happened… All the toppings and cheese ended up at the middle and a good portion of the edges were naked. The next Time i went i asked the girl to please spread the stuff out closer to the edge only to be given an eye roll. This one came out with two huge bubbles on the crust which pushed everything to one side. On my third time there i noticed a roller with prongs on it by the red sauce and asked the girl if she could roll the dough so it would not bubble to which i got a blank stare. I said i think that is what it is for and she replied«i know what it is for». Even thought she didn’t use it on any of the pies i saw her make. The young black girl with a big puffy bun on top of her head is the disinterested one. The other girls seems friendly and willing to tale direction. And it is not like i scolded her I simply wanted my pizza to have topping evenly distributed. The nest part is it takes about 3 – 5 minutes to make your pizza and it’s just how you want it. I reserved the last star for the surely counter girl with and attitude.

When I came in they told me that it was like a Subway for pizza. They were right. The food is that bland and is a poor imitation for the real thing. Lots of toppings to choose from but their spicy sausage added nothing. I still needed to add sriracha sauce to get some taste. These new super fast hot ovens that cooks fast need to be re-fitted. They burn the crust but fail to brown the cheese. Staff loudly greets you as you enter, which I suppose represents a friendly welcome. If you like these type places I would recommend 1000 degrees in Allen Park over MOD pizza. Only saving grace here is they have Boyland’s Birch Beer.

I love it!!! It’s like Subway with a craftier flair and pizza. You can order pizzas off of the menu or name your own toppings. Best this is, they charge by size not by toppings so you can really get creative without sacrificing toppings. It is a bit more expensive that your pizza huts but I think it’s worth it. My husband and I ordered the mod size(~$ 11) but we could have probably gotten away with the mini size(~$ 6). I did eat my whole pizza but only because I didn’t want to carry out one slice so I think the mini with a pop would have filled me just fine. There were a few kinks with ordering but it was week one of being open and I was impressed with how quickly they moved the line. I’m definitely a fan and glad to have Mod Pizza in town.

What a hip place to be. This is opening day a lot of excitement. After going to breakfast with Santa now having lunch at mod pizza. We first walked in the door we were promptly greeted and explained how things would go. I told the manager it was uncomfortably warm in here and he said I will turn the air conditioner on immediately and he definitely did it’s quite comfortable now. The cinnamon sticks are great the garlic bread is great the pizza is wonderful Desiree is having a salad with her pizza she said it’s fresh and good. They have different kinds of drinks including blackberry lemonade and carmelized pear tea. Free refills. Milkshakes to die for. Okay I’m not going to die for it but I’ll faint over it. In addition they also have beer and wine. Employees are showing a lot of energy and project their friendliness by shouting out together hello as people walk in the door. The manager said mod stands for made on demand and they do have Wi-Fi. They have a big long table that would hold a large group and the manager said he would take a reservation if you called ahead .I’ll definitely be back! Don’t let the energy fall off because sometimes after opening day energy drops off .let the energy remain the same and you’ll do well. Everyone make sure you check the place out you won’t be sorry unless you’re looking for a real quiet place.

The food was pretty good… You order the toppings you like and then they bake it for you. I kind of feel like it’s a crossover between a Jimmy Johns atmosphere, Subway style of food, and of course all they serve here is pizza and salad. I don’t think I am a fan of thin crust I pizza and of course mine was served to me burnt as hell… But overall it tasted pretty good. They made a huge effort to be friendly and accommodate my obnoxiously cranky child. I probably wouldn’t come back here… But not because the food or service is bad… It wasn’t. I just didn’t care for it.
