I had a horrible experience at the store in Westland and got send here after 2 hours of no help. So I was highly agitated when I got here. I explain my situation there to a guy name Matt and he said he would see what he could do. The other store in Westland had activated my phone after I told them not to because it was the wrong phone which caused more issues. Matt found a way for me to get the correct phone without a huge fee. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because the so called manager(his badge did not say manager but he claimed he was) was rude and kept saying we can’t help you go back to the other store. If you ever need help here go to Matt. He helped even though we made it there 5 mins before closing.

Every month my bill is wrong, overcharged. Regretfully my friend who I talked into signing up as well, has had the same problem. Not once has it been right, 4 months in, for either of us. I understand mistakes happen, but obviously this is intentional. I don’t understand how a company can be run like this.

Going to the phone store can either be a fun experience or a a frustrating one. I went in one day with a friend to see what they could do for my poor 16gb iPhone 5s that seemed to become a wack job after the latest Apple update. Unfortunately nothing could be done except delete a bunch of stuff because the memory in my phone had run out. My salesman, Jeff, was extremely helpful with pricing and explaining the new leasing program for iPhones. I was very confused but he had the patience to deal with me and stayed in good spirits throughout our visit. I came back a few days later to get the phone and ended up with Andy who was also very informative and helpful. A couple days later I decided to return the otterbox I had bought and once again, Jeff was patient and helpful. A few days after that, my mom decided she didn’t want the tablet we had convinced her to buy. She had an issue earlier trying to return it so I brought it back that night. Lisa, the store manager, was just like Jeff and Andy– helpful, patient and informative. If you have plans to go to this location you may want to look into scheduling an appointment or plan to wait a while. This store has become quite popular and busy, but your wait will be worthwhile. You will receive the best service Sprint has to offer. Update 2⁄23: my bill is incorrect again. I’ve never had so many issues with this store. The manager, Ben, I know has worked hard on my account but I have to make yet another trip to the store since Sprint customer service won’t help me. When my bill is figured out, I’ll bump the stars back up. I can’t continue this headache and waste of time. Update 3⁄30: Sprint customer service chat on their website figured out and my bill and all is well now. However, I’ll be bringing my phone back in for the 2nd month in a row since I’m still having issues. Techs were great last time so hopefully they can fix it for good this time. Bumping up stars for their customer service.
