Athleta

Athleta is my fave clothing line and the women who work here are super nice. Great sales always going on in the back and a nice clean restroom. Who could ask for anything more? Love the Village too, excellent location.

Love this line, love this store. I am a Pilates instructor and work out alot. I live in my work out clothes. I love my High Rise Quest Chat capris. The quality is amazing, probably the best i have tried. The staff is so friendly and helpful. they great you with a smile when you ente rthe store. Kristen, the Manager, is fantastic. Always happy to help. I went in yesterday and Charna assisted me on my quest (I had my new catalog with me, dog earred) She greeted me right away and remembered me form the last time i had been in, and it had been several months
She gathered everything i had wanted and offered some suggestions i didnt know had come in. When they didnt have my size on hand, Laura called a bunch of different stores and finally located the pair i was looking for
I highly recommend this store and this line, you will not be disappointed!

Had a great experience shopping here this past weekend! I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but the person helping me (who I believe was a store manager) couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Even though I asked her about something I wasn’t planning on purchasing that day, she didn’t hesitate to give me a catalog with the item circled clearly. Also, the sweater I bought here is super comfortable and not overly «athletic-​looking» at all. There are little thumbholes so I can keep the sleeves tucked over my hands for when it’s cold, which is an awesome touch. The clothing here isn’t cheap, but everything seems really high-​quality and long-​lasting. I’d definitely shop here again but unfortunately no longer live in LA! Will have to find another location closer by.

I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff online and I’ve been into one Athleta store before today. It was cool to see all the clothes in person and get a feel for the way they’d fit or the quality of the fabrics; that’s something really tough to gauge in pictures online. Also, they get an extra star in my review for having a full range of petite sizes, which is really hard to find in higher end/​quality athletic clothing.
So, despite the fact that the store was empty at noon on a Thursday and there were three sales people in the store, nobody greeted me while I walked around and picked stuff up. I had an arm full of stuff I wanted to try on and they were way too busy talking about trying stuff on themselves and discussing what they wanted to buy next, etc. to pay attention to me.
Eventually, after about 10 minutes, one person came up to say hi, but it was literally just like, «Hi.» and no follow up to ask if she could help me despite the obvious amount of stuff I was carrying around. (For reference, I’m a super friendly person and I’m almost always smiling, so there was no reason to not approach me as a customer and ask if I wanted help or a dressing room started.)
Another couple of minutes went by and I realized nobody was interested in helping me, so I just put the pile of stuff down and walked out. I probably would have purchased at least $ 350 worth of merchandise (assuming everything fit well) had someone just offered me a dressing room. I’m sure that isn’t a lot in terms of a retail purchase, but they lost a sale nonetheless. I guess I’ll stick to shopping online at Athleta from now on. Bummer.

Big fan of this store in the brand new Village. Tons of workout gear to choose from. almost overwhelming with the choices. Part of the Gap, Old Navy, BR family but w/​o the same sales which makes me sad. ;(
Store offers free alterations so you can purchase and have them ship them to you or pick them up. You can also buy online and bring in for alterations. Yipeee!
Bought a pair of the Chatuuanga pants which of course I needed to alter since I’m a shortie. A week later, the pants arrived hemmed short. So comfy!
Sales folks are pretty friendly here as well! Nicer than the folks across the way at Fabletics who are not super friendly.

I think they have a great amount of workout clothes! I had just put something on hold from online, so I will see how good they are. When I was there, the sales people were pretty nice.
Update: I went to the store, and I loved it that as soon as I walk in & mention I had put something on hold via online… and they asked my name & item & voila they had it ready for me. I love it!
