DONOTGOTOTHISPLACEFORANYREASON!!! My wife just had a «massage» here with the owner, who felt her up in the most inappropriate way. To say she was just molested is an understatement. The owner is a disgusting pervert who should be out of business for the way he treats his customers. Please, if you care at all about your body and privacy, STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE! There are no amount of negative stars I could give this pervert. I’m also reporting this business to Better Business Bureau — no one should have to endure the trauma that my wife just went through.

I’ve always made the drive from Sherman Oaks to WH to get a massage here and had nothing but decent experiences. Yesterday I stopped by to make a reservation for that evening with a woman that I’m pretty sure had no clue what I said. When we arrived later that night for our appointment a man appeared from behind curtains zipping up his pants and quickly announced«busy.» I explained I had an apt for 2 and he responded«yes! Busy!» It was a bit humorous and confusing so I tried again and said we had an apt and with the biggest smile he bowed to me saying«yes! Busy!» I walked out Such a shame because this place had always been a gem for me.

You can’t get a better deal than an hr massage for $ 30! I’ve been here a handful of times and not once have I gotten a bad massage. I’m afraid to say this for fear of her being too busy for me, but CINDY has magical fingers. She will work until your knots are gone… or until the hour is up.

For 20 $‘s an hour massage you go in expecting it to not be the best but this place is not what it used to be. I got my first massage here a while ago and it was pretty awesome. Recently there was a particular employee there that was terrible. He kept walking away and talking through the whole massage. He claimed he was the manager too, so if he really is, that says a lot. He was rude, he was bad at the massage, he double charged our credit card, he told his he wanted us to tip and was just lacking in every category. There are plenty of other places out there to get a decent massage for cheap. Don’t waste your time with this place. Its not worth the bad service and overall unprofessional environment. Was a fan, now just see it for what it is after I take off my nostalgia glasses.

Calvin and Heidi both give a massage that put the expensive day spa’s to shame! I have been well over a dozen times and always ask for Heidi or Calvin. They both have very strong hands and when I leave I feel like jello. I opt for the 1 hour $ 20 massage. I do call for an appt because both of my favorites are obviously everyone else’s favorites, but they always get me in within an hour or two from the time I call. Sometimes they say I can come right away. I have never in my life fallen asleep during a massage at even the best spa’s. Not until now. It is literally the best $ 20 I have ever spent!

I’ve been disappointed with my regular foot massage place since my favorite therapist left :-{. Then I saw this place and thought, «Okay this place is a bit more expensive($ 35 vs $ 20) but maybe they have better skilled massage therapists, I’ll give it a try.» I choose their $ 35 special — foot and body massage. It was awful. I could not have been more disappointed. The masseuse I had(male) was so not interested in giving a massage. On top of that he had no clue what to do. He only worked on one side of my body using his elbows the entire time. He kept leaving the massage table to do something else. The really disgusting thing though is that he kept blowing his nose — without tissue I might add — It was the height of the Santa Ana winds — I get the whole blocked up nose thing but use a damn tissue. Then it was on to the foot massage. There’s really nothing good to say. It was BAAADDDD. I kept thinking — I should get up and leave but I felt so rude doing that so I stayed. The telling sign that this was a bad massage for me is that I only tipped him $ 7 — I even felt that that was excessive but he did work for and hour — probably less. Massage Junkies Beware!

I’m a fan. 20 bucks for an hour massage, what’s not to like? My husband and I both frequent this place. I go to a guy named Calvin, he’s fantastic. He has strong hands and can go a little too hard at times, but I just tell him and he adjusts the pressure. They are very nice and aim to please. I can usually walk in, but there are those disappointing times when i have popped in and they are too busy.

Yay! I’m the first. Was eating lunch at Cable’s on Ventura Blvd(love the fried chicken, love the brekks, eschew most other things) when I saw this foot massage place had opened in the strip mall just a few steps away. Prices were a major league come on. Fifteen bucks for thirty minutes, Twenty for an hour, and a sign that looked like they were touting two hours for thirty. Sucker for a good deal. I went today. Oops. That Thirty for two hours was a case of bad penmanship. It’s 19.99 for 1 hour, and(I asked) forty for two hours. At this point, though, my heart was set on going at least ninety minutes. Price? Thirty five before tip. Ladies and gents of the jury? The extra 30 minutes made a big difference. So worth it. There are some massages that are like the proverbial bad Chinese restaurant meal. Satisfying, but an hour later, you’re hungry for more. This one, by a college-age Asian guy with real power in his hands, felt great afterward and the great feeling just kept building. It’s an hour afterwards now, and I’m feeling excellent. Plenty of party. Decent ambiance, with room painted green, Asian music playing at a low level, and extra comfy full reclining massage chaises that even have a handy hole for your face when face down. Hot water foot soak very hot. No talking. Ninety minutes meant ninety minutes. So far, so good. So why just three stars? Absence of two questions. Q1) Hard, medium, soft? Q2) Anything hurting? These should be mandatory questions, and language barrier should be no barrier. You can have them written out on card with appropriate Chinese characters underneath, and the client can just point, and point to place on his/her body that’s aching. Didn’t happen. Otherwise, this would have been a solid four stars. And if they start doing it here? I invite the next Unilocalist to correct the record, and I’ll come back and change the star rating. Hey. Fair’s fair.
