Can’t get a hold of anyone and I have pre paid massages left. This owner Anayah will not return calls.

Bought a groupon in December and they were closed for 3 weeks. They said they would return Jan 4^th, and it’s now Jan 19^th. No one ever answers the phone. I’ve called several times and left messages to schedule an appointment and their answering machine says they will return your call «promptly». After a week of waiting for a call back, I called groupon for a refund. Biggest waste of time and money. How do you run a business this way?

The Holistic Oasis is located on Ventura Blvd., in a white building with columns. I first heard about this place through Groupon. I’m sure glad I did. They have first class massage therapists there, very attentive. They have extensive holistic training and know what they are doing. They also sell herbal teas and some oils that are made in-​house. They’ve added several stretching and yoga classes in their classroom space.
I have been to The Holistic Oasis many times. The first time, my therapist was Anayah. She was very attentive to how I was doing all during the massage. Her hands work comforting magic. She even chatted with me afterwards. She is very friendly and empathic — a true gentle, beautiful soul. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve had a different therapist and they have all been positive experiences. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, aesthetically pleasing, and peaceful. They offer little perks such as hot towels, aromatherapy oils, scalp massage, and a few other options.
As for parking, I’d suggest looking for a spot on the street first. If that fails, there is valet parking underground for a fee. I’ve had no trouble with parking before.
The Groupon, Amazonlocal, and Livingsocial deals are usually only an hour of Swedish back massage. It says so on the voucher. They do offer full body massages, aromatherapy, pre-​natal, 1 ½ hour sessions, sports, chronic, etc. If you need something different, all you have to do is ask. They are very accommodating. Remember, as a customer, if the pressure is too much or too little, you have to tell the therapist!
I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of destressing. One of the best massage places I’ve been to! They are so good that I’m now on their membership plan.

I have one word to describe my experience at the Holistic Oasis-​Unbelievable! I have had massages all around the world and nothing compares to the magic hands of Anayah. She is an expert in kinesiology and has a background in sports medicine and knows every trigger point in the body! I have been to her at least 30 times, and I always leave feeling 10 times better, both physically and mentally. I have also had many massages from her assistant Armani, who also knows how to nail a massage. One thing I especially love is that they cater to you and have all kinds of upgrades. Instead of giving you a «routine» massage, they treat whatever area of your body that needs it. And boy do they know how to break up knots!!! :) They also have stretching and other really cool classes. It really is like going to an oasis :) Highly recommend to anyone.

This place really has a great ambience about it. The staff is very friendly. Most massage spas are a typical massage spa, but this one really exceeds any massage spa I have been to. I will be going back soon to Anayah to let her work on some areas that I have old sports injuries.

I just had a trigger point therapy done by Armani and I truly feel like a new born baby!
I am a natural health fanatic and I have been tirelessly searching for a true healer who knows what they’re actually doing! Her fingers truly worked a miracle on my neck and back where I have been having the most pain and tension! I also just learned that they offer another type of natural healing for my sciatica which I’m super excited about and I had totally given up on even the fact that there might be a chance for me to have a normal life with my 6 mm herniated disc in my L5. Anyway… I’m just extremely satisfied and Armani and the whole staff is just amazing! Thank you guys! See you again soon!

Went to Oasis yesterday after purchasing a groupon. It is a beautiful, peaceful space. Both the receptionist and masseuse couldn’t have been nicer. It was a relaxing massage, just what I asked for.
Problems: it was so cold that I couldn’t enjoy it completely. When I mentioned it the masseuse (she didn’t introduce herself), she immediately went out & turned the air off. Sadly, it was too late and I froze throughout the massage. In their defense, I didn’t say anything again so it could have been possible to bring in a heater. Then they kept trying to add to the price of the massage by introducing different oils & techniques. I understand that there are many options when it comes to massage & some cost more than others. However my suggestion to them is to ask those questions upfront, before one is laying relaxed on the table. Perhaps a menu as you are filling out the paperwork.
Finally, parking it cost me $ 7.25 for 1 hour 15 to park in their garage. It would have been a welcome courtesy had they given me a heads up. There was street parking for free.
A lovely place with wonderful staff. A few adjustments & I will be coming back with all of my friends.

I was referred to this place and I’m happy I went I got the best therapeutic message. Anayah has a way of getting into my muscles without hurting me. Then I scheduled another message but for my feet and was scheduled with Armani and she was fantastic. Her fingers glided out knots that were hurting me. I absolutely love this place and will try out their stretch class next. This place also has afordable rates too.

My mom and I went to have a massage done. The ambiance of this establishment was so relaxing. The staff were very inviting, knowledgeable, and highly skilled Therapists. They made you feel like family when you are in their presence. Anayah is a wonderful person. She has such a beautiful personality and always greet you with a smile. If your not feeling yourself when walking into this spa, rest assure that you will be feeling like a million dollars by the time you walk out. God bless Anayah and her staff!

Everytime I come here I leave feeling completely relaxed with everything that was hurting relieved. The ambience and atmosphere is amazing and you immediately feel relaxed upon entering the studio. They really care about your well being and will even set up a plan for you if you need it. Love it here! I only wish I could go more often.

This is an amazing place for a massage with attention paid to what your body really needs. I have gone in tired and worn and come out replenished and healed.

Walked in and was amazed. The energy this spa has is exactly an Oasis. The therapeutic scent floating through the air as I was getting my treatment by Armani, which was beyond exceptional … Staff customer service was definitely 5 stars. They were prompt and ready! Finding the location was easy, parking was easy, just a great experience… I definitely would recommend this place and already have recommended this place too many friends and family and coworkers!

I feel so fortunate that I found this amazing spa! From the first time I floated off the table I knew I needed to experience this rejuvenation twice a month. The staff is very accommodating in making sure twice a month I feel the same way as I did on that magical first day!!! I also recommend taking a stretch class before the massage is really nice although they stretch you out a little in the massages also, it’s a wonderful technique! Enjoy.
