We were stranded in Woodland with no brakes. We found this great shop on an Internet search. I had second thoughts when we pulled up. Small shop. Not very fancy. My husband pointed out that it was a very CLEAN shop and they seemed to have many customers. Cougar fixed the brakes in no time and the repair cost far less than we anticipated. If we didn’t live over 850 miles away I would jbe a regular customer.

I’ll just say that to my husband and I Bobby and Cougar are angels. Thanks, guys!

I do a lot of my own car work. I was having trouble separating two car parts. Took the parts in hoping they have more heavy duty tools at the shop. It took this guy like 2 minutes to do the job, no appointment or anything. Charged me 5 bucks but didn’t bother breaking a $ 100 bill.
I’m looking forward to going back to this shop later when my truck hits quarter million miles

Awesome experience! Worked a series of car problems for my step daughter, while I was thousands of miles away! Owner stayed late to get car back on the road. Very good over the phone, a true man of his word. I was always a mater tech customer, but B and F is so great, they have my business now! Highly recommend!

I have been to this place a couple of times for car repairs, the last time having my water pump replaced, and they have always been fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. Bobby, the owner, is always there and is always willing to tell clients what’s exactly wrong with their car and what their options are for repair with little or no pressure. The front desk help, which seems to anchored by Robin, are always very good about calling for authorization on repairs that may not have initially been anticipated, or if the quote is going to be higher than initially expected. In terms of turn around time I have always had my car back within 2 – 3 days, which I believe is much better than average.
Overall, if you need car repairs and don’t feel like being taken advantage of I would highly recomend B and F automotive. Good reliable mechanics are few and far between I feel and this is one place you shouldn’t pass up if you need car repairs.
