I visited this store this past Saturday and when I walked in there were 3 customers waiting for drinks and 2 waiting in line to order. The worker (Brian) was doing am awesome job multi tasking as he was the only worker there. I think he did a great job under stress having a full store with customers and I think he deserves a shout out… Great Job Brian!

What a Bullshit service they provide to their customers. This is the second time they have done this to me. I have bought Mango-​A-​Go-​Go twice and they have made me waited for at-​least 30 minutes. WTF! All the customers who came after me left before me. Freaking employees ruined my mood and ruined my drink. Either the employees doesn’t know how to do their job or they are too careless to provide decent service. Will never go to this stupid place again. This place doesn’t even deserve one star and will not recommend to anyone.

Came here bought two orange dream machine smoothies from guy named Ethan, super cool guy. Five star customer service and smoothe is just awesome. Really very happy with this location. Highly recommended.

This jamba location is definitely one of the least developed as told to me by the cashier herself. My typical drink of choice can’t be made at this location due to them not having the proper juicing equipment (which irked me). Then she informed me that they were out of carrots so my next drink of choice was then eliminated. and to top it off she informed me that they no longer use sorbet in any of their drinks so I could not have that as my replacement for sherbet. So I chose some random smoothie I never had before and waited for it feeling annoyed. Then the cashier came up to me and offered me a free bottled beverage I believe to suffice my not so desirable experience. I may come back at some point if they decide to upgrade their equipment and get with the times…

I uses to love it here but lately the new staff is unbelievable. I order my usual drink and apple cinnamon pretzel somehow the cashier heard apple green drink? I was the only person in the store and the music was louder than usual so i guess that was it my total came to about $ 13 that should have alerted me. My order was ready cashier asked if i wanted a drink carrier when i let cashier know that i dont know what that green drink is but its not mine. Cashier made my pretzel, but i still paid for a drink i didnt order and that she ended up throwing away :-(Would have been nice to either get a refund or a free drink the next time i came in

the outside seating area is very big and nice esp on good weather days.

This place is so good! The customer service is great, and it’s not usually very crowded. It’s nice to pop in to grab a nice cold refreshing drink any time of year.

I love the Jamba Juice in Woodland. The service is fast and the place is super clean. The employees are fantastic. It is the best Jamba juice in existence… I have traveled several states and cities and this has been the best!

Worst Jamba Juice I’ve been to. Nothing is ever consistent here. I had a good experience the first I was here. Came back another 3x during lunch at work and all 3x I had crappy drinks and service. Seriously… All four times I ordered the same thing too… So something’s wrong with this place. Today is my last visit here. I’d just go across to Starbucks and get something else for lunch.

This place is great! Always prompt service and great juices, can’t complain.
We brought our own reusable smoothie containers that look like the one JJ actually sells. You get $.10 Off and your doing your part in saving the planet! Even though some styrofoam is able to be recycled, take care and try to use reusable containers as much as possible.
