They do have a drive-thru, but so does the one by me in Natomas, and menu items to pick from are as expected from any other Panda Express. Back in the day I would kill a 2-entrée plate, but now I stick to bowls if I absolutely have to choose this place out of desperation/convenience. Simple order, bowl with broccoli beef over steamed rice. In general, sometimes I’ll get the mushroom chicken or mandarin chicken. I don’t recommend the walnut shrimp or Beijing beef. In the past I’ve asked for brown rice and it would take forever. If you’re in a rush, don’t come here for lunch break. The brown rice has a higher calorie count too, but nutritionally I’m sure it’s better for you… but then again if you’re eating at Panda then health considerations take the wayside when there’s orange chicken and chowmein involved. Eggrolls and other fried things for those who fancy grease. Bowl was okay but I wish there were more/bigger pieces of beef compared to broccoli. Super small portion of food! Majority of the bowl was rice. Granted, I’m Filipino and love me some white rice, but for $ 5.80 I would like more substance please. I’d suggest a bigger sized scooper but that’s my inner fat kid talking. Also, the broccoli wasn’t fully cooked(steamed/blanched?), still crunchy stems. Yikes. I ate the fortune cookie but it was far from satisfying. I’ll stick to Pandas elsewhere.

The food is good if they have any. many of times I had to wait forthe cook to make more cause they ran out of stuff. if they fix the running out of food issue next time I’m in, I’ll change my review. Not that they give a dam anyways.

Worst panda I have ever been too the cashier barely said 2 words to me b4 she threw the food at me no sauces or anything… and very sloppy and the order wasn’t correct… The food was worse I can’t ever expect fresh food from any panda but at least not old n cold. The only thing that tasted fresh were the ragoons but I didn’t even get sweet n sour sauce with them. Avoid this location at all cost …

If I could give a half-star rating I would. We were driving back through Woodland and decided to stop to get some food. We thought there was a drive thru, however, failed to find it because there are no markings stating it is the Panda Express drive thru entrance. When we walked in we were greeted by a girl blowing her nose with a napkin behind the counter. She said, «Be with you in a second,» and then she walked away to go take throw away her tissue(she did not wash her hands or put sanitizer on) She then yelled back for someone stating she needed help up front and proceeded to drink from a kids cup near another register. A lady came hurrying from the back carrying a mop or broom of some sort and immediately asked us what we wanted to eat, she didn’t wash her hands I either. She was curt, rushing, and the portions were so small. At the end of her bagging our food, and ringing us up she coughed repeatedly into her hand. Again, no washing or sanitizer. Completely grossed out. My fault for not saying something. But needless to say, we will not be returning. Between the health violations and rude customer service… no wonder their ratings at this location are low!

This place is a dump! Dirty, had very little food prepared despite it being the dinner hour! Had to wait too long.

Well this is the first time I have ever been on Unilocal.Recently I went into the Panda Express in Woodland California and I was absolutely appalled at the Quality and quantity of food that I was given. First of all they need to check their stuff every hour or two to see if it still chewable. Secondly I’ve been another Panda Expresses and the quantity of food given was about triple what I received in Woodland. To top it off the chow mein have been sitting there so long that the noodles were no longer the right size they had shriveled down to like thin spaghetti. Needless to say I would not recommend this place.

Keeping the one star rating unfortunately. Now not only are the portions small and served really slow but the latest is that they no longer include egg in the fried rice! They have a nice little sign saying they are trying a new recipe because of an industry supply shortage but the short answer is that egg is gone from the fried rice and yes you will still be paying the same full price. Any excuse to bump their profit margin. Should I mention that Costco is in the same parking lot and has an unlimited supply at very reasonable prices?

This is the only panda location that serve smallest food portion I ever had. Every time my family go here for dinner always surprised the portion of our food in our plate. Tonight my plate has 5 pieces of orange chicken on my first entrée and my second entrée had 3 pieces of broccoli with 4 tiny pieces of beef. This location do not give enough portion like other panda location. I leave in woodland and I was happy they open a panda near by, I rather drive to Davis. Staff in Davis are very friendly, fast and food portion are great like what you expect when you eat Panda Express. Drive thru take 30 minutes wait and disappointed with your food portion. Never again going to Woodland Panda Express.

Never a disappointment at this location. Staff is always engaging and friendly. Food quality is consistently fresh and the location is one of the cleanest Panda Express I’ve been to.

It’s pretty disappointing that Woodland doesn’t have much of a restaurant selection, but what’s worse is when the service or quality of these restaurants isn’t up to par. I’ve gone to this Panda several times and I always tell myself«never again» but there are times when I need to get my Orange Chicken fix, and unfortunately that usually results in me sitting in the drive through line for more than half an hour waiting to place my order. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but the customer service is pretty bad, and the wait times are unacceptable. I even had one employee vent to me about how her cooks aren’t communicating with her and it’s causing all the problems. I’m no Dr. Phil, but it seems the problems at this location are due to incompetent staff. You would think the food would be cooked all the way to justify the 30+ minute wait right? Wrong… I’m lucky if I get more than 3 pieces of chicken with my bowls, and the brown rice is bland. If you’re from Woodland, you’ll be better off driving to the Panda off Covell in Davis, getting out of your car, getting your food, then driving back home, than attempting to go through the drive through at this location. From the sounds of it, I’m not the only one experiencing the lack of value this place has to offer.

This panda express service is way to slow. No in drive through and still have to wait. For someone who only have 30min launch I don’t recommend going here.

Decided to take a chance bcs my fiancé wanted Chinese. Long drive back from OC we stopped. The food was gross but we were so hungry. Dry chow mein, soggy zuchinni, hard as a rock cream cheese won tons, the sweet and sour sauce was so thick like molasses… Let’s see … $ 20 for us 2 and threw half away. Then we stop to use the rest room before our two hour drive to Redding… And a cockroach in the bathroom stall!!! Omg. If I could give zero stars I would. Only thing that was good was the employees. They were a bit nice but forgot out fortune cookies so they get 2 stars.

Aside from the extra long wait In the drive through, things were as expected. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff were nice and the food was good for fast food. We don’t do «fast food» often so I’m glad I took a chance and drove through beats feeding the kids Mc Death lol. And to boot the kids ate and enjoyed there orange chicken meal! Win win for me!

We have ordered drive thru and have been not given the right food once thinking it was a honest mistake. We then ordered dinner once again going thru drive thru sitting in line for 20 and repeating our selfs 3 – 4 times what we ordered and once again have been given the wrong order. We have also experienced that there portions are a lot smaller then those of other Panda Express we have ate at. The food that we did get was dry and horrible tasting. This will be the last time we eat here. I highly recommend just eating at a local Chinese eatery instead.

It is always a hit or miss. Not saying that the food is terrible but the service. People need to learn how to smile and conversation a little more.

Horrible, horrible place. I went at around 5:53 pm, but the rice and noodles looked dried up, and a lot of the dishes were empty. Some of the waitresses gives out minimal portions, and gives vegetables more than meat. Slow service too. Too many people in line, and the cashier isn’t even familiar with the work.

The food was decent, well except for the beef, it was so chewy I had to spit it out. There was, I think, a new girl and the service was slooow.

My husband and I stopped here on our way up to Fort Bragg. We used the drive thru. We both ordered a Panda Bowl, he had Beijing beef and white rice, I got pineapple chicken with fried rice. While I mixing everything in my bowl I found a piece of metal from a brillo pad in my food. To say the least I threw away the food and we will never go there again.

The recent spate of negative press highlighting America’s unhealthy dependence on fast food has probably made America somewhat svelter, but, when someone has a hankering for lunch that won’t blow apart the caloric allotment for the day, there is a still a relative dearth of healthy fast food options. Save Panda Express. Even if you’re in a hurry, they offer colorful vegetables over steamed white rice. Granted, they still offer glorious piles of heavily-sauced chicken-nugget things… but, if someone chooses to eat healthily when ordering at the drive-through window, there are options which won’t stretch the waistline of your pants as tightly as Joan Rivers’ face. And that’s, alone, makes this place worth four stars.
