Came in a couple different times to ask questions because we hadn’t upgraded in forever and the DM who helped us was very knowledgable and helpful. Much better service than I’ve received at other Sprint locations.

Bad customer service, misleading, lack of communications, I was with them for many years now I have to say enough I will take my business somewhere else, I wish there was a button with negative star because you don’t even deserve any star here

I’ve lived in mid-​town Sacramento for a year. The Sprint Store near me is a bit of a walk and parking is possible. So I’ve stopped at this Sprint Store in Woodland several times to purchase accessories. There’s never much of a wait and oodles of lovely, free parking. Staff is helpful and courteous.
Don’t frustrate yourself trying to find parking when there’s plenty available in a nearby community. Also easier to get to Big/​Lots.
