Great sandwiches! Clean bathrooms. Fantasy and friendly service. Worth the surprise stop on the way home from the mountains.

First time going in today, I am in love with the roast beef French dip!!! The stackd club was good but the French dip won me over sure. Definitely go back for that. A better chip variety would be nice though

My fiancé and I brought my parents here for brunch. Amazing food. So delicious I had to be careful to not eat it too fast. Bottomless mimosa for 10 dollars was extremely reasonable and enjoyable. Plus the staff was friendly and fun. I love the setup. You can sit outside or sit inside with huge windows to people watch. ;) Definitely my new favorite place. I would highly recommend for anytime of the day… but especially the brunch!!!

One of my favorite quick spots to go to when I have to make a Costco run. The ambiance is spot on with my style and the food is quickly made and freakin good. We need one of these in DT Sacramento!

Love this place! I’ve been 5 times and have tried something different every time. All hot sandwiches and all awesome ! My only«compliant» is that I wish they had sweet potato fries to go with their meals lol. U can salads or chips but sometimes you want those yummy potatoes :) Great location and excellent food! Try it !

I am happy to see places like this open up in my hometown but I give 3 stars as the environment & customer service were great although the food was mediocre & coincidentally overpriced. I’ll start with the positives. First, the customer service was good, the girl at the front who took our order was very sweet & helped us quickly. I also really like the overall feel of the place when you walk in, very relaxed, trendy and inviting. Now for the food. I went with the margherita & opted to try something new from the draft selection. I went with the pineapple cider. There is nothing subtle about the pineapple in this brew so if you really like pineapple Flavors & enjoy drinks that are really sweet this is for you. Personally, I wouldn’t order it again. As for the panini sandwich, there just really wasn’t anything special about it. The serving size was big but I’m believe in quality over quantity & there was nothing exceptional about the flavors here. They had a large selection do dipped, pressed & regular sandwiches so Due to the good service & atmosphere I’m willing to give it another chance in terms of food & try something else next time.

A ten dollar sandwich needs to taste better… like something. Anything. Food porn? Pretty much. It looked great but in the end I wanted the real thing. Great location on Main Street. Also, the descriptions of the food made my mouth water… only to underwhelm me when it actually arrived. They give wide mouthed bowls(pools?) of au jus with some sandwiches. Normally I love au jus as a dipping sauce, but something was missing: flavor. I can open a can of beef broth if I want something comparable to that au jus though. Also, the«garlic» mayo must have been missing the garlic. Too pricey for not enough flavor. Pretty though.

This is a great little sandwich place with a fun outside seating arrangement and an adequate number of indoor tables. Even on a Monday afternoon, the place was plenty busy! The staff was very helpful with suggestions and our orders arrived quickly. All of he selections we ordered were excellent with very generous portions. One of us had The Bird sandwich, half of which was taken home for another meal. The small Cali Cobb salad was loaded with meat and definitely a full lunch meal. My small BBQ Blue Salad arrived with corn, blue cheese and bacon, although I changed the dressing to a basalmic vinaigrette on the side. This salad was also amply sized and delicious! A great place that we will return to another day!

Came in here to have a beer with my brother for his birthday. He had the Cal Hero and loved it. I had the Roast beef dip but wasn’t impressed. It needed seasoning or something. The mayo in it was pretty good and the onions were delicious. But like I said the meat itself was bland. If it weren’t for the au jus I would have been disappointed. Anyway, pretty friendly staff and clean place. Loved the ambiance :)

Overall, the food was good. Its nice to have a place that makes good, hearty sandwiches in town and we were game to try a new place. We ordered the Full Court Press’d, the Italiano, and the small BBQ Blue Salad. We both enjoyed our sandwiches — panini-like warm pressed sandwiches with various meats. My Italiano sandwich was tangy and zippy with the peppers and tapenade and the guys customized my husband’s sandwich exactly the way he asked for it. I liked the BBQ blue salad — it had ranch dressing, blue cheese, corn, bacon, and tortilla strips with a drizzle of BBQ sauce over the top. However, I wish the guy taking our order would have told us that the sandwiches come with a house salad on the side. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have ordered a separate salad to eat! I had to take home half of my sandwich so I could finish the salad we bought. The side salad itself was good — lightly dressed baby greens with marinated sweet and tangy peppers. The reason I’m only giving it 3 stars is because the service was super slow. I don’t know if it was because it was the Monday night after Christmas or because it was an hour before closing or whatever, but there were 3 parties when we were in and all of us waited at least 20 minutes for our food to come out. I think we waited close to 30. We got in at 8pm and left exactly at 9pm when they closed.

This place was delicious! I do admit it was more expensive than I like to pay for a sandwich(hence only 4 stars) but it had highlights that made the price less painful. They definitely didn’t skimp on the meat or the toppings and the french roll was great. Definitely more of an artisan style roll than your normal sub shop, which was a nice surprise. Staff was super friendly and helpful with explaining the menu and answering questions. The food came out quick and the place was clean. This will for sure be my stop when I want to treat myself to a special sandwich. Yum.

First visit at lunch time today. I had the special, meatloaf sandwich with onion strings and cheese and gravy. Very tasty. I didn’t have a beer because of lunch time but will be back to sample the selection on tap. Clean place, good service and good crowd.

If you’re from Woodland or Davis you know that there are some fantastic taco trucks in the neighborhood. Imagine being promised tacos from said taco trucks all morning long while you’re volunteering at the animal shelter and then being told you’re not getting tacos. We had three vegetarians in the group so we had to go to a sandwich place instead. On top of being deprived of tacos, I need to mention that I pretty much dislike sandwiches and hate«sandwich places». Imagine my surprise when I walked into stack’d and brew’d and was instantly drawn to the menu. They have three types of sandwiches– regular deli style, pressed paninis, and dipp’d style. They also have brunch until 2 pm, and even though we got here slightly past 2, the guy at the counter said he’s make us brunch if we wanted. So far the service had already helped my mood a ton. I couldn’t pick between the special for the day(pig-strami sandwich), the Cali cheesesteak, and a poached egg brunch combo dish, so the same nice guy recommended the pig-strami. Let me tell you about this sandwich. Did I mention I hate sandwiches? Well, this one made me eat my words. BIG stack of pastrami(fried so the edges were almost crispy), layer of bacon, jalapeño mayo, cream cheese spread, lettuce and tomatoes on a French roll served with a side salad. Possibly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had? Yeah, yeah, definitely possible. The sandwich was massive, too. I had one half for lunch yesterday and one half today. They also seemed to have a pretty good selection of beers. There’s a chocolate hazelnut porter I’m eyeing for my next visit back. Oh yeah, I’m definitely coming back. Keep it up guys!

I am writing this review a little late. I went to this place about 3 weeks after they opened. I really like the Burger Saloon across the street so I had high expectations. I went there for dinner with my husband and another couple. When I ordered I asked if they offered fries and the rude little girl said if you want fries you can go across the street to the Burger Saloon. I thought what a little Bezzy! It was a little pricy for a sandwich which wasn’t even that great. You can get a better sandwich from Crach’s or Nugget for way cheaper. Our friends ordered right after us and as my husband and I were finishing our over prices meal our friends hadn’t even gotten their food yet. I will probably never go back to this over priced sandwich place.

Not a fan. I was so excited to try this place as I am a huge Burger Saloon supporter but I’ve eaten here 3 times now and it’s just not doing it for me. The bread always seems dry, not very much meat or ingredients on my ‘Bird’ sandwich most recently and they are so expensive! Very bland and nothing exciting. For $ 9 a sandwich I was disappointed all 3 times at the quality. I only write this in the hopes that the owner will consider my comments and make some menu changes and better impress the community. Great location… this place could be very successful but I won’t be back unless I hear they’ve made some changes.

I had the roast beef with au jus. The beef was delicious. The onions were sweet and tangy! My son had the Margarita sandwich and loved it. Hubby had the Dagwood and ate the WHOLE thing. It is huge! Other son had the West Coast Hero. I’m getting that next time! No fries, only chips in bags. Beer or fountain drinks.

I do like a good sandwich and I was looking forward to this place. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 beers and it came to 41 dollars. The sandwiches were ok but extremely overpriced. Here are 2 examples of great sandwich shops priced right
