Overall in my opinion they are best dry cleaner in town! Customer service is always very nice and super professional. Dry cleaning in top notch! If you drop your item off by 11 A.M. its always ready by 5 P.M. the same day or it’s free! Never had any garments come out subpar. They have a drive thru car hop that is great, especially when the weather is crappy out! You don’t need to get out of your car during spring rain or winter blizzards to drop off your clothing! They also have free pick up & delivery service which is super convenient. Would recommend this dry cleaner to anyone in the area! You will not be disappointed!

The workers have a terrible attitude at this location. Every time I go in to pick up or drop off I feel like I am inconveniencing them. It’s not like I am difficult or anything, I drop off about 8 button down shirts every couple weeks or so. I’ve been there about 7 times and don’t think I’ve ever seen one of the employees smile. Leaving two stars because I’ve never had a issue with the quality.

I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 5 years. My issue is they never provide a price for anything they do. When you get their receipt they don’t itemize anything or show any coupon discounts you had. When we ask about the discount they always say it’s there or they say they forgot and then apply a discount that does not show. I called their main phone number and dialed extension 104 for customer service. After leaving 3 messages at their main corporate number and getting no answer I had no choice but to leave this feedback. They are clearly overcharging for services as a way of doing business.

I sent a white cotton dress in with just a little dirt on it that I could have easily gotten out myself. I wanted it done well and pressed so I figured it was worth sending to the dry cleaner. After spending 13 some dollars on the one item, it came back to me in almost the same condition I had dropped it off in.
If I had known I would have just hand washed the item myself…
Additionally, when I picked up my dry cleaning the lady working there had an absolutely horrific attitude.
I will NOT be dealing with them again…

D.O. Summers is a small local chain of dry cleaners. This one is great!
We used to use the South Euclid location, but after a very bad experience there, we decided to switch to this location.
The staff here is usually pretty friendly, the drive-​thru is convenient, and they have lots of coupons to print out on their website! They do a very good job.
My only reservation is that the inside of this location is sometimes kind of dirty, but, oh well, that’s what the drive-​thru is for, right?
