First of all, I would like to start off by talking about the woman behind this amazing salon– Ewa herself. I have known Ewa for a few years now and I am happy to say that not only is she my go to girl for hair, but she is a true friend. She is truly the sweetest, most genuine, and hard working woman and mama! Now lets get to the hair. She is AMAZING!!! Amazing is actually an understatement. She knows what she is doing and has worked very hard to get to where she is and you can definitely tell. Her hair color is perfection, her cuts are very precise and she is great at styling as well. Her overall talent & high quality does not go unnoticed. I have been going to her for awhile and have now referred all of my sisters and mom to her because that is how amazing she is. My family and myself are very picky about our hair and are always a little weary of going to new people… but Ewa is one of a kind and will have us as lifelong clients. I have gone to other people out of convenience due to where I live (downtown Chicago), but nobody compares and I always end up going back to her and having her fix my color that someone else was unable to achieve, and let’s just say. the places I have gone to in the city were high end salons and pricey– what does that tell you?! Price & location does not always guarantee good hair. Needless to say you MUST go to Ewa!!! You will always leave beyond satisfied. I have even had people on the street in the city stop me and ask about my hair color and where I go… EMVEE baby!

If you are considering having your hair done by Ewa at Emvee Salon, allow me to help you decide! My hair has been put through a lot of color changes/​processing over the years. It reached a point where it was in poor condition and I was very unhappy with the color. After some terrible toning at a previous salon, my hair was literally a green tint when I had my first appointment with Ewa. I put my faith in her to fix it and she did not disappoint! She has been coloring and cutting my hair for a year now and I will never trust my locks with anyone else! It looks and feels healthier than ever due to the ever amazing Olaplex and her expertise. If you are looking for a stylist that gives you undivided attention, strives to give you the color and cut that you desire while maintaining the health of your hair, then this is the place for you. EWA R. Is one of the finest hair colorist you should go to. She’s been doing my hair the past 6 – 7 years. I would encourage you to try her out of you have or desire coloring and highlights.

I cannot tell you how much I love my color and cut. I feel so confident and I owe it all to Ewa. She is the most talented hair stylist I know. Her salon is beautiful, which is a reflection of her, which makes me so comfortable and relaxed. I also have never gotten so many compliments before on my hair, even after months after going to her salon. Cannot recommend her enough!

Ewa is an incredibly talented stylist. She has great taste and knows what will look great based on skin tone/​previous color-I’ve yet to see a picture of someone’s hair that looks bad. She is very personable and easy to talk to and will absolutely deliver amazing results!

I highly recommend this salon, owner Ewa is phenomenal at what she does. I have personally had my hair colored, trimmed, and had a formal updo done for a wedding. Mazza’s is the best! Every bite is a a blends exotic spices tantalizing the taste buds. We love everything we have tried but most especially, the lamb dishes. AND the Baba Ganooj is to die for!

Ewa is amazing. My hair is in great condition. I have Keratin done a couple times a year and I am always pleased with results. I have complete trust in her with my hair. I am mixed so my hair can be a challenge. She also does my color and months post getting highlights people are still giving me compliments. Even though she is in demand she always very accommodating with her schedule. She is a talented professional business woman.

Ewa at Emvee Salon is one of the first hair stylists that I have met that I completely trust with doing my hair. I’m not the type of person that always has a clear direction of ways I would like to cut/​color my hair, and Ewa is so understanding! She is so willing to give suggestions, and I have never been disappointed with the results! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also one of the most caring and wonderful people I know. Ewa is my favorite hair stylist! Truly the best around when it comes to cut and color– especially for long hair like mine.
