SCAMALERT. Charged me $ 83 in total for just a sim card with $ 30 a month plan. They told me its taxes and fees. I urgently needed the sim plus i was sick so i paid in cash and left. Later when i checked the receipt which they gave me, charges there was $ 40.So basically she took my $ 83 cash and $ 40 of that went to metropcs ‚$ 43 went towards her pocket. Called metropcs customer service later, they told me there are no taxes and fees on a new sim if i am bringin my own device .Do not go here unless you want julia at the couter to rip you off.

I went in for help with my MetroPCS phone. It keeps on crashing. The people here were of ZERO help. They were also going to charge me money for resetting my phone which she thinks will stop the crashing. UUUUUm no. It’s either a problem with the apps or software for the phone or the phone itself is my guess. She even asked me if I restarted my phone… WHATDOYOUTHINK!!! The person behind the counter couldn’t even tell me the RAM in the phones I was asking about in the counter display. She kept on telling me the storage space in the phone instead. I may not be the most technical person but I know when a number has to be the storage space and not the RAM. I told her she is telling me the storage space and not RAM and she kept on insisting she is correct. I am not stupid. 32GB is not the RAM!!! She needs to get her information correct. She needs to be trained better to work in a cell phone store. Not just play with cell phones. SHENEEDSTOGETHERINFORMATIONCORRECT! I cannot believe I know more than the person at the cell phone store. I just use and purchase them. I do not service them and sell them. DONOTGIVETHEMMONEYTOFIXYOURPHONE! THEYHAVENOT A CLUE! I hope she reads this and learns the difference between storage space and RAM. She didn’t even know RAM in conjunction with processor speed determines the speed of how your smartphone works, just like a computer. Trust me I know minimal at best about cell phones. Meanwhile I bet I would not qualify to get a job at a cell phone store because I have no experience. REALLY? She didn’t know anything! Sorry, for the rant. I got pretty mad at her for giving me false information and trying to scam me of my money. Go to a store where they know what they are talking about, please.

I stopped by after work at this Metro PCS for help with some questions about my Metro PCS account and the possible upgrading my phone. The person behind the counter was not trained but went ahead and gave me wrong information about the smartphones that I was interested and couldn’t not answer my questions. There were people in the back room but they closed the door so they won’t be disturbed. BTW– we were the only customers in the store. Hope your experience is better then mine.
