You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. This cracker barrel was a stop for brunch on the way to shenandoah. We had no wait and service was prompt. Food was good. Its always fun to browse the gift shop.

My mom and I stopped here for breakfast on the start of our long road trip back to CT. I’ve always been a fan of Cracker Barrel but this was one of my most pleasant experiences. I’m not sure if it was beacuae we were in the south(southern hospitality) but the entire staff was so pleasant and inviting. We were immediately seated and our waitress Mindy came over to take our orders. She was so kind and went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. They were a great example of how a business should be run.

Their French toast is to die for and the most handsome server works there! His name is Neill.

I don’t generally like Cracker Barrel but my fiancé LOVES it. I’ve never really had a good experience at a Cracker Barrel. When we met up with her mom for lunch, I was trying to convince my fiancé to go elsewhere. This Cracker Barrel completely changed my perspective. I ordered the grilled Reuben and it was delicious. The bread was buttered and slightly toasted, just how I like it. The melted cheese was oozing out of the sandwich. Mmmmmm, I want another one! The only downside to this meal were the French fries. They were slightly undercooked and soggy. They weren’t terrible, but they could have done better. Staff was SUPER friendly at the table and at the pay counter. Overall, I’m giving THISLOCATION4 stars. I’m not sold on the Cracker Barrel brand franchise, but this location gives it some hope. Good work Woodstock, VA.

Fomos ontem nesse restaurante. Com relação a comida, não temos nada a reclamar. Muito bem servido e boa, mas com relação ao atendimento, deixa a desejar. A impressão que deu que os garçons não tinham experiência. O nosso pedido demorou, não tinha ninguém para nos receber. Achei fraco o atendimento.

Crapper barrel. This had to be one of the worst!!! Empty restaurant, slow service. Cold food. Not even worthy the time to further review. mcD would be 100 times better than this place.

I am a huge fan of Cracker Barrel and this one in Woodstock is just fine! People who sniff at CB are just snobs who never had a grandma who cooked authentic Southern food! Yes, grease and fat! If your green beans don’t glisten you don’t know how to cook! Cardio freaks can just get over themselves! An occasional CB binge isn’t going to kill you! Our server Christian was very attentive and sincere. He was like right on taking the orders, refilling the drinks and bringing the food. And yes, he checked on us mid-meal to see if everything was good and it was. I ordered the Country Ham steak with green beans and delicious fresh mashed potatoes and gravy. Great biscuits, too. Love this CB! Would have ordered Chicken & Dumplings, a personal favorite, but I just lost a ton of weight and didn’t want to blow it! So if you hate Southern Food, something is wrong with you, but try to get over it and be a real human for once! Go to CB in Woodstock! In fact, Run there!

I never thought i’d be leaving a review for a fat chain restaurant like this, but seeing how I never even heard of Cracker Barrel until I moved to the East Coast, I felt it was my duty to say I am fan! We went for breakfast and for a franchise, I must say, they sure know how to create that homey, small town feeling in a large space. The food was pretty good — try those fried apples and turkey bacon. This is definitely one of those places you stop on a long road trip for some filling breakfast. We got seated fairly quick too. Only thing that makes me question these establishments –the country store? What’s up with that? Oh well!

Typical processed food. Nothing seems fresh or homemade anymore. Good portions but why bother with ordinary food. God someplace interesting.

Good, cheap southern food. If you’re looking for something cheap and filling it’s a great place

The roast chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. The mashed potatoes were salty. The service was great and sometimes you are in the mood for dry and salty food so I can’t complain.

Let me first start by saying that I love Cracker Barrel. However… this location is best avoided. The service was so-so. The food came out very quickly which was good. The biscuits were dry as though they were old. My scrambled eggs were not cooked all the way through. The hashbrowns weren’t even close to golden brown like I’m used to. The gravy was much thicker than usual. I’m guessing that it had been sitting in the steam table for too long. I love Cracker Barrel! Don’t go to this one!

The best thing about this place is the store in front, overpriced, but pretty neat items. I have been going to cracker barrel for over 20 years now. Been to several in different states too. All the same. Mediocre food. Nothing special about this place at all. Staff is always forgetful. Save your money and use Unilocal to find somewhere else to eat.

The food is standard. But the service didn’t bother refilling our drinks and had to be tracked for the check.

An excellent place to fall in love. The town of Woodstock may not be big by any standards, but the people of Woodstock can make any set of travelers feel welcome and happy. Service was wonderful. Attentive enough for good service, but private enough to leave me and my girl to a wonderful lunch. One of the best memories of my life is at this Cracker Barrel. Make your own memories here, too.

Cracker Barrel is always good. :). Our server Megan was polite, fast and efficient. Roast beef is my favorite. Hubby is enjoying a hamburger steak tonight. All our food was hot and fixed properly.

Cracker Barrel is always consistent, and I love stopping by whenever I am on a road trip. They do a pretty good job of making the store and restaurant on the left exactly the same that it’s hard for me to differ one Cracker Barrel Old Country Store from the next. Store is always on right, restaurant is on left, and the architecture seems to be exact same too. Not only is it structurally the same, the customer service is always so pleasant and speedy all the time! I love everybody that works there. They are so friendly, and it makes you feel like you entered someone’s home. When I go, I usually order the chicken and dumplings and mix up the three sides. I love the store itself, I picked up some lotion and candies. :)

When I was there in late October, they had a limited time special healthy menu in addition to their regular menu. I had the fish with veggies and it was not heavy at all, very light and tasty. There is free refill of drinks and the guy came back very often to check up on us. Besides food, they sell a whole bunch of unique items you can take home on your trip. Sometimes you can use a break from the fast food while on the road.

Great service, good food. About the same as you’d expect from any of their chain restaurants. This visit was no exception. I live for biscuits & apple butter!

I am 31 years old and up until now, I’ve never been to a Cracker Barrel before. This location is the only breakfast/brunch place open early on a Sunday in the Woodstock area. When you enter the restaurant, you go through a hodgepodge room selling old-fashioned candy, seasonal items, toys, clothing, and knick knacks. Portions were huge, prices were reasonable, and service was served with a smile. While the food was average, it was just enough carbs to give us the energy to hit those trails. The unlimited refills on coffee helped too.
