IHOP

Service was good, food was bad. Canadian bacon was like a hockey puck, pancakes were similar to a chew toy. The omelet (spinach/​mushroom) was fair but the sauce that came on it was meh. My wife had been here a year ago and said it wasn’t good but I thought, it’s a year later and how bad can you screw up breakfast. She was right and I left my order half eaten. Wouldn’t recommend this location for breakfast but don’t know about lunch or dinner.

I love IHOP but sometimes it’s hit or miss with the service! I love the Omelettes and French fries with Honey mustard and it’s so yummy and not on the menu. Rather than say that our awesome server Jade made it happen with a smile! She is pleasant and attentive and very friendly! The food was awesome!!!

IHOP is a place you want to like but each time you go its terrible and seems to get worse! The last 2 times we went the employees/​mgmt were aguing loud enough for the patrons to hear. The service is aweful and extremely slow. How longs it take to make breakfast foods? Should not have to wait 30 min to have food on your table. Then the food sucks when you do get it. My eggs were so over cooked. My hashbrowns were burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside pcs. Toast was cold. The whole meal was a total waste of time and money. Makes Waffle House look gourmet! Will never be back. Have given them too many chances and its never good. They need to clear out all the help esp mgmt and cooks!

My experiences haven’t been bad here at all. The only foods I’ve tried is waffles, pancakes, chicken and waffles and french toast with turkey sausage. I don’t visit for anything other than breakfast type foods. With this in mind this food is ok. I’m not crazy about the chicken thats made with the waffles. It’s fried, hard and dry.
It’s usually very busy but the wait is usually 15 minutes. The place could use a little updating, but it always looks fairly clean. They clear the tables in a timely manner. The staff is friendly. Just the basic IHOP.

Food was hot but average. Pretty much on par for IHOP — not bad but not great. I do not like being called darling, hon, baby or anything like that by a server. I also don’t like promotional gimmicks being crammed down my throat nor do I like servers who do not explain promotions well. Food was good enough to probably bring me back. If I get sketchy service again I won’t be back.

I will say the service was really good but my meal was not good. I can clean a plate like a 600 lb man and my food was mostly still there. I order biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage links. The biscuits tasted like canned biscuits and were terrible, the gravy had no flavor and no sausage. It tasted like, but not as good as prepackaged gravy mix. My eggs were the worst part. How do you screw up scrambled eggs? They tasted like fake eggs— I guess a good way to describe them would be the microwaved eggs you get on fast food sandwiches. Super gross. The sausage links were fine. I am undecided on if I will try again because they do have good service and my three year old likes it ok.

I’ve got to give this place a 4 star review. The only thing that I really dislike it that if you are looking to go there for breakfast on the weekend, plan on a looooong wait.
I have gone here before for business meetings. They have an area in the back which is perfect. Much more quiet then the front area.
The breakfast options are endless. I love that they have a healthy option menu thats actually GOOD! There is an icon next to the meals that are under a certain amount of calories.
Now, my kiddo loves the chocolate chip pancakes, but what kid doesn’t?
All in all the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

Love this location! It’s always clean, and there isn’t usually a wait. The staff is also very helpful and kind, willing to go above and beyond to get you what you need. Especially Ariel :)
The food is always cooked well and tastes delicious. They serve breakfast and lunch all day long, so you have plenty of options. They also always have great deals going on, and they treat you well on your birthday.
IHOP is definitely my go-​to place for some good breakfast food!

I have been to this location numerous times and usually have no problems. However this evening we automatically ordered all you can eat pancakes and water to drink. All three orders of hash browns were not cooked thoroughly and had to be sent after waited 30 minutes. My pancakes also had to be sent back because they were black and burnt. When my new pancakes came back looking perfect and warm I immediately put syrup on and got a mouthful and swallowed only to notice a long black hair cooked into the pancakes. The server who was so very friendly sent her manager over who acted as if it was no big deal stated he would take care of my bill. He then brings ticket back with discount of $ 3.40.

To began the server Elizabet was above to make us comfortable.
Start with hot soup, (we find that it came with the dinner plate) wife had cream of tomato n I had minestrone. We both had the Tilapia Florentine + two hot coffee.
KUDOS to the chef at that time for a well cook fish.

I’ve been here a few times within the past six months & for the most part this place is good. If you’ve ever been to an ihop then you know the only great things on the menu are the pancakes. This location is no different, with only a few exceptions. The service is friendly & as fast as they can be.
The only real complaint i have & the reason i’m only giving three stars is because of their cleanliness. I’ve never had clean silverware from them, which really grosses me out. (I work in a restaurant so take my word; you want clean silverware). & their bathrooms are very very gross. I’m not the only one who thinks so; just read their health inspection report. It’s posted by the door.

I love eating here! The food is great! Recently my 2 year old got sick while eating and threw up but thankfully my waiter cleaned it up no problem and quick. Friendly service and great food!

I just adore this iHop, the one closer to my house off exit 19 SUCKS!!!
This iHop is clean, well kept with good diner food.
My friends and I are in our early 20’s and we like to go out and about, but we are nerds, don’t really party or hang with the bad crowd so we love to frequent iHop at 1 am for some munchin.
⁹⁄₁₀ Cheryl is our waitress and we just love her. Jokes with us and gets us what we need. Sometime I’d like speedier service or more refills but it’s really late and I’m not that picky. We adore this place and will be going again and again.

Typically, I avoid IHOP. I rarely have a good meal or enjoy the experience. Apparently, that is not the case at this location.
We arrived just after noon on a Sunday so we were expecting a line out the door and an hour wait and surprisingly we were seated immediately.
William was our waiter and while every one of his tables was full, he was very attentive and quick with our order taking and refills.
I am not typically a pancake person but as I get older, there is something about a stack of fluffy pancakes that makes me weak in the knees!
I ordered the egg white spinach, mushroom and tomato omelet with a short stack of pancakes. The omelet was huge and took over the entire plate! Normally, their omelette’s are mostly egg but this one was stuffed with my requested toppings and everything tasted so fresh. The spinach was a beautiful green color, the mushrooms were cut in thick slices and the tomatoes were sweet. I expected to only eat half and I ended up eating the entire thing!
I love the variety of syrups IHOP has. I was excited to dig in to my pancakes and was lost amongst the syrup selection: strawberry, blueberry, original, butter pecan and maple. Always the fat kid, I grabbed for the butter pecan and added a drizzle to the corner of my pancake stack to try. That little drizzle didn’t last long as I literally dumped the bottle on top! I wasn’t able to eat the entire stack of pancakes but that didn’t stop my from licking my fork.
I am so happy this IHOP is back to what IHOP is supposed to be. Good food, friendly people and cheap prices. I’ll be back again.

At times, I find myself wanting ten different things or nothing at all when I’m at IHOP. Fortunately, it was the former for my last visit with the beau before checking out the new outlet mall. UN-​fortunately, the waitress screwed up every bit of my order, from my water to my food. –_​_​_​_​–

Love the food but the WAIT is ridiculous especially on the weekends!!! The place is packed which says a lot for the food but unless you’re willing to wait a while to be seated, go somewhere else.

$ 3.99 All You Can is in full effect! The wait staff are on point! Earned that 25% tip from us! The Strawberry Syrup is on point!

As you know I LOVE IHOP!
This place has a great cook. Our meals were perfect.
Unfortunately, the guy who seated us had no clue… Thanks William/​Bill, whatever.
The place was fairly empty for a Saturday morning.
There was a sectioon in the back behind a glass wall with a dozen people in it and it looked peaceful.
Where did we get seated?
Yep… Right next to the Ahole family with their four screaming kids.
I am thinking next time use some common sense Bill and seat the two guests without kids, far away from kids.
At least ask if they mind.
Now days there are diners/​customers who hate eating around someone’s loud, snotty kids.
The mother kept saying Jojo is just a mess.
Get some parenting skills and disciplin your children and maybe they won’t be a mess.
Or better yet, learn from your parents mistakes and use protection.

This IHOP has some pretty good specials going currently. I had a pretty good sized breakfast of the usual fare… bacon, eggs, toast, etc and they also have this thing going where you can get a regular breakfast and specialty pancakes for a pretty reasonable price. I had some pancakes with baked apples and a topping that tasted like it had brown sugar and caramel in it… it was really delicious. Our meal came with a full pot of coffee that they left on the table so we didn’t have to ask for refills. Our waitress was pretty good except that when she asked you something, you could barely get an answer out of your mouth without her talking over you, LOL.
Be prepared to wait about 15 minutes for your table if you go on a weekend…
