I enjoy shopping at this Kroger and it convenient to my home. Most of the staff are very friendly except one of the deli women, she is slow, rude, she even used air quotation marks when I asked her if they had Simple Truth organic mild cheddar cheese, if she is working I avoid the deli, when I did say something at customers service they know right away who I was talking about, nothing was done so perhaps she is the District Managers daughter lol.

After shopping here for over a year, I’ve found a reason never to go back. The deli department cut me 1 lb of Boars Head Mortadella on 1⁄15. After arriving home and making an awesome sandwhich, I bit into it and pulled away plastic sheeting that was covering the edges of the meat — the deli folks didn’t take the wrapping off. I’ve sent their corporate a nice feedback form along with photo proof to make sure the other customers do not get the same experience and end up eating plastic.

This store is a smaller store on the shabby side. This store is always so busy on the weekends that I usually avoid it.

Not the best Kroger I’ve been to, but they have most of what you’ll need. The natural and organic section isn’t quite as big as some other Rogers, but they still have a decent selection. Check for great sales on meat and produce. The gas station addition is also great. There is a small parking lot here in this shopping center and it isn’t the easiest to get in and out of.

I’m pleased with the prices but the quality is poor. The last few times I’ve shopped here have been a disappointment. I went in for some fruit and the blueberries were all moldy. Every single container. I also noticed that a specific product I usually buy had some packages that expired in 2014 mixed in with the new ones. So gross! I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

The workers in the back are really friendly and helpful without being weird or pushy. There is a younger, teenage/young adult girl there who is seriously the grumpiest person ever, but it’s almost so extreme that it’s more funny than annoying. She pretty much pushed me out of her way while trying to stock stuff lol. The cashiers are sometimes rude and slow, but all in all this place is okay. Friendly staff in the back, grumpy staff in the front.

This place is gross. The floors are sticky. The aisles are in an awkward order. Their butcher and seafood counter don’t have good looking meats. I felt like I needed to bathe after I left. The ONLY redeeming benefit was the price after we checked out.

This review is primarily for the pharmacy. We’ve been customers for a number of years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Even when there’s a line at both windows and at the drive-up, they are cheerful without losing efficiency. We could not be more pleased with the service and the way we are treated. ==================== Now for the store in general: Since Meredith R.‘s review, apparently the manager has taken her suggestions to heart. Carts are swept from the parking lot regularly and they _do_add a cashier(and a bagger) when the lines get long. We’ve even had them open a register when were third in line. For those run-in-and-grab-some-milk trips, there are four self-checkout spots and there is always at least one small order cashier as well.

What I like About This Store: – The staff is by-and-large friendly and helpful – There are plenty of reduced items — including flowers.(I buy myself a bouquet every week). Even without double coupons, prices are competitive. – Shelves and freezers are well-stocked – The sorta-new manager is friendly and talks a good game – They’ve just added a gas station to the property What I Don’t Like About This Store: – Carts are willy-nilly in the parking lot. There should be designated people to collect them on a regular basis, without being asked.(Two years ago my car sustained $ 800 of damage because some a-hole was too lazy to put his/her cart in the corral.) I am very conscious of this now in parking lots. BTW, I’ve mentioned this to the sorta-new manager, but I guess I just got lip service, since nothing’s changed. – Unlike Kroger commercials that tout«no wait! we open registers!» this store doesn’t necessarily follow through(even when there’s plenty of staff on the floor.) – I realize this sounds petty. I’m sorry. There’s a woman, a very nice friendly employee, who consistently has the worst body odor. This is not good when you’re in the food business, and in direct contact with customers. Shouldn’t the manager — who I’m sure is aware of this — mandate proper hygiene?! 12⁄14 Update: Said employee ^ has retired. The cart situation is fine some days, and crazy back-loaded other days.(I’ve come to park uphill.) Also noticed more responsive staff when lines form(sometimes, not all the time.) An advantage of Publix across the street: consistency.

I recently received superlative customer service from Sara in the Deli Department. I can honesty say that I had never received this level of friendly service before at any other supermarket. She patiently answered questions and offered samples to us while simultaneously training a new associate on the correct way to assemble a sandwich. I was so impressed by her efforts that I asked to speak with a manager to personally share my comments.

I’ll leave the 4 star for now because 96% of the staff is still awesome. However the one awkward dude working the self check really made me rethink my Unilocaling here. He was evasive and rude he had no idea what I was talking about when I said there was a lady putting spells on the lotto machine. All he had to do was turn around and look instead he swept his hand over his head as to say he had no idea what I was talking about. BS! I was embarrassed I was just trying to make some small talk, and the lady really was doing that. So because of this meanie I am less inclined to go into this Kroger smiles a blazen. Who am I kidding I’ll be over it by Friday. =)
