this place has been bought out and is no longer the burger barn. the custom burgers are gone. they have only 4 very boring and plain burgers. its sad how things change under new management.

decent food. They let me order and pay for half a order of mozzarella moons. Yummy but over priced for those. Good service, good burgers, pretzel bun is better on it’s own as a roll then on the burger but that’s a personal opinion lol. Over all good experience.

So sad… Not sure what’s going on but the chicken is now like rubber! Plus I had asked for grilled chicken fingers for my child and we received chicken fingers with no breading but that had obviously been fried. We sent it back and pretty much came back the same way. Not sure if they have a grill or pan fried them in butter but not to happy!

I have eaten there once. I live minutes away and will drive past it to eat someplace else. The food was horrible! The only upside was Nobody else was eating there and the bartender was hot!

I am a burger snob and I am surprised how low the burgers are rated here. This was one of the better burgers I have had in the Atlanta area. Thick and juicy, which seems to be not very common as of late. Maybe it is all in how you build the burger. The place was almost empty, but I think the location doesn’t call for a lot of walk-in traffic, we almost drove right past it. Server was friendly. Food came quick and the free peanuts helped fill the time. I remember thinking it was slightly over-priced, but nothing outlandish.

The food was not very good. For a burger place, I was surprised to get a beef burger that had no flavor at all. The mac and cheese was dull, too. I liked the tots but those are kind of a no-brainer. The atmosphere was nice and the server very friendly. Prices are reasonable. I won’t go back due to food quality.

If you like salt you’ll like Raegan’s. Everything is over salted. We decided to check this place out because it’s close to our new place and we had a coupon. The décor is nice and what you’d expect — a lot of wood. They have lots of TVs and some booths have personal tvs which would make this a good place to catch your favorite sporting event. I ordered Raegan’s wrap buffalo style with tots and a side of fried okra. The wrap was good — better than my husband’s burger actually — but the tots and the okra were WAY over salted. All I could taste on the okra was salt which had me bummed because I had been craving good friend okra for over a week. Anyway, my husband custom built a bbq bacon burger. Bacon was way undercooked and the bbq sauce had a heavy smoked flavor to it. One bite was enough for me to decide it wasn’t for me. The service was good but we weren’t too jazzed about the food. Not sure if we’ll be back.

We have talked about visiting here several times but thought we would wait and see how they do. Read reviews a few times and finally checked them out today. They have a new menu with many items including finished burgers. One had grilled onion and peaches, the Georgian and another was made with bacon mixed in the patty. Decided to go with build your own to experience the original plan. Great choices of bread cheeses & condiments. It was exactly as it should be. My husband got medium wings and was not pleased as the chicken seemed barely done and the sauce was skimpy and less than medium. We both feel the fries were similar to the crispy Ore Ida fries, over processed and soft. The blue cheese dressing could have been out of a Kraft bottle, not anything special. We prefer hand cut potato fries and home made sauces. That would be our suggestion to improve. Overall I was pleased with the burger and would visit again to try other things. Our service was great and the food came quickly.

Good burger joint. Lots of options to hand-build your meal. The pretzel roll is *amazing* and highly recommended. Service is good but can vary server to server. Prices are reasonable but, remember, this isn’t Mickie D’s, ok?

We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the staff. Emily was fantastic in keeping us full on refills and answering questions for us newbies. The menu can be a little daunting at first because of all the different options for a burger or salad — BUT, oh man!, the result is a fantastic combination of your own desires and cooked perfectly. The fries and fried pickles are great, and where can you get tater tots as a side dish. As for the price, I can say we spent twice as much at another burger place in Alpharetta — and yet left with the same satisfaction and full stomach. Way to go RBB! Thanks for a great evening with the family.

My husband drove by Burger Barn and wanted to try it. Before going, we read some of these reviews. It seems like the owners have been checking out the reviews too, because we didn’t see any of the negative things other patrons wrote about — just the positive. Good burgers for a fair price. Tater tots — always a plus. Peanuts on the tables to snack on. TVs everywhere(including one in each of the booths). Excellent service. I look forward to going back and trying one of the beef-alternative burgers.

Wear your cowboy boots! Pretty good food — above average, but not excellent. I like the choices available to create a custom burger. However, the choices are almost overwhelming. If you’re indecisive, you might be there for hours trying to figure out what you want. There are not only choices in terms of what protein for your patty, but about 3 or 4 patty sizes available. There are also at least 5 bun choices to choose from. Then you get into free toppings, cheeses and extra toppings. The burger was good. My husband and I both ordered bison patties and we were happy. We also ordered wings as an appetizer and they were tasty, but my husband said he still prefers Taco Mac wings. The service was good — our server was attentive and refilled our water glasses & peanuts as needed. She was attentive, but not overly so. I’d go back, but since we try to eat very healthy — it may be a while. There wasn’t much on the menu that I would consider healthy — it’s more of a comfort food type place.

Been here 3 times for lunch. Had a bison burger, veggie burgers. Friend with me had regular beef. All food was excellent for the price point. The staff was friendly, attentive and not too overbearing. The peanuts are a nice touch(love peanuts) and the number and location of flat screens is excellent. Building your own burger is a nice way to start the process. Quick, easy, fun. Will definitely be trying it for dinner soon. The owner was on premises when we ate and he asked us what we thought and what he could do to improve. Frankly I think just continuing to do what they are doing will work.

Great spot for game watching, some beers and a burger or family time with tea, and a burger. I have been twice, sat at bar once and a table with family second time. Burgers are exciting as you can create your own. Enough said. The rest of the menu looks good also but the name of place kinda forces my hand. Service was very good both times there. I will be back.

Time for an update already — and they garnered another star. Where to begin? Let’s start with the improvements. I will say, I forgot what night of the week I went last time, and I ended up there on Team Trivia night again(Thursdays, FYI), but they handled it in stride! I will say, we were recognized when we walked in. Apparently, my review is infamous and has helped to make changes — all good. First, the waitress with all the issues is long gone. Let’s face it, any establishment that read that their waitstaff eats off a customer’s plate and doesn’t terminate, should be hung out to dry. So way to go Reagan’s! They recognize they have some kinks and they are working on them. Hurrah! My waitress was Bethany. WOW — a rockstar and she is clearly still new. But she was amazing. She knew when she made little mistakes and fixed it quickly(replacing my unsweet tea with sweet). She was comfortable making menu recommendations(the oreo milkshake was a hit, the chicken chili was not) and was sure to check on us often, but not in an annoying way. Our food was mostly right — our dipping sauces for our fries were missing, but that was a small oversight which was quickly remedied. Overall great service(by Bethany) and good food. Now, issues to still work out. 1) Skimpy on the cheese and bacon still. I think this is partly an issue with the kitchen rushing. The cheese was only on half my burger — the rest of the toppings were aplenty. I still argue they are only using 1 slice of bacon. Go to The Vortex or Grindhouse — you get 2 – 3 big slices. 2) The assistant Manager, Doug. So I will cut to the chase here — he needs to learn how to a) be a people person and b) not fight with customers. He came to our table for something(he was mistaken) and caused a problem between us and Bethany and he really should have pulled her aside without coming to our table and talked to her before coming to us. Instead, he soured our experience in about 1 minute of getting involved. I will say, the Manager, Kenny, was happy to come sit down and have a chat with us and talk about both experiences we have had, listen to our feedback and talk about how he can fix it for the future. I truly believe that he gets it. He knows what good restaurant service is about, how to take care of his staff, his customers and make this a great place. So I encourage you guys to check it out. Go grab a burger, a shake, some fries(they are pretty good) and come review them. They are on the right track, for sure!

The place is a texas roahouse made to order burger joint. There are peanut shells everywhere. There were 3 tables seated and the place was so empty the host told me a party of one, to pick any seat«Its not like we are busy». I ordered a simple cheeseburger lettuce tomato fries and a side of bbq sauce. I watched 3 periods of duke vs florida state bball game before I was received my food. The waitress came by several times during this time to let me know my food was on the way. 1 hour and 25 minutes later I received my food. I really wasnt in a hurry but I noticed 7 other groups were served before me. The cook came out to greet and serve other parties. Never once did he come by to say anything. An apology would have been in order.When. the waitress who was quite embarased served my food. IT was cold and the order was wrong. The waitress said she was so sorry about it taking so long and she told her MANGER and the MANGER offered to give me my sweet tea for free. I was so insulted… I WALKEDOUT!

This place is just okay. The burgers taste like any burger you’ve had at a backyard barbecue growing up. Ground chuck, worcestershire(or was it Dale’s?) and maybe a little salt. We order ½ pound medium burgers and got medium well. This much I’ve come to expect so I’m not even docking them points for that. At least the burger was still relatively juicy. Buns are the one shining star. All the buns we saw looked high quality.
