This place is a wonderful gem. First off, to get there, you drive up a small hill. Its cute and scenic. You feel like you are in a foreign country. The restaurant itself is very pretty with a wonderful view of georgia in front of you. The food though is the star. Cant really go wrong. Place has some good Italian food. I got the veal with wild mushrooms. It was amazing. The cheese was charred adding to the wonderful textures of the veal. The calm linguine was also amazing! Def worth it to come to this little italy in georgia.

Tuscany has always been where we could relax at the end of the day, and enjoy the beautiful view, amazing food, and soft music like Bocelli or Sinatra. And so, when our son announced his plans to marry, Tuscany was our first choice for the rehearsal dinner. We met with Kevin and began planning together. He was an invaluable resource of experience, with attention to detail, all with patience and extraordinary flexibility in meeting our needs and desires. On the evening of this momentous occasion for our whole family, everyone was gushing with praise for the sumptuous and beautifully presented dinner. Our hand picked menu, including the main course of Pollo alla Greca, was rich with flavor. The service was quiet, yet attentive. The complete ambience was fabulous and unforgettable. Thank you, Tuscany and Kevin, for making this once in a lifetime occasion so very perfect.

Not just the best in Woodstock but the best in ATL. I have traveled to Italy many times and this place is legit. Key employees are Italian. The basic dishes are amazing which tells me they get it. The specials will include some mind benders. GREAT !! If it’s a special then darn it, it should be special. I don’t mind spending $ 30+ if it rocks. And it usually does. Luciano, Malek, Juan, and so many more make you feel like family. Bravo !!!

We decided to go out for dinner and ended up here at Tuscany. The waiter was friendly. The rolls were outstanding and served with marinara sauce. The food was good and the dessert was wonderful. For dessert we had Cream puffs which were made in Italy. If you’ve never eaten at Tuscany you should try it.

It was our 2nd time eating there. first time was amazing, that is why we came back. If I could do 2 ratings here … 5 stars for service. 3 stars for food. Whitney was an amazing server. She kept up on everything. The food wasn’t good. I ordered the salmon pasta. The textures and taste were not right together. The fettuccine Alfredo flavors and seasons were not right.

Really 3 ½ stars — The name and the location is undeniably Beautiful overlooking Townlake. Unfortunately tonight the food was clearly secondary to the overall experience. My wife ordered Tour of Italy that was cold and lacked the flavors one would expect. I ordered the Frutti de Mare in white wine sauce — if I had to do it again I would probably request the marinara sauce instead. The seafood was tasty and the shrimp good sized. Overall, I would rate them about a 3 ½. The room was cold, bread was slow coming to the table and the wine is over priced $ 8 a glass for the House Chanti. And if you have a group of 6 or more there is a 20% gratuity included in your bill. My recommendation is 1. get people whose job is just serving water and bread and keep it flowing — 2 make sure plates are hot 3. add some Italian sausage to the lasagna to add some flavor. 4. Get a nice cheap $ 5 house wine in red and white and I’m sure people will line up to enjoy their meal in a beautiful setting which is Tuscany!

With Groupon discounts readily available, my take is that the restaurant inflates prices so those who are coupon-less pay more than the meal is worth. With that said, dinner was«okay,» but not particularly stand-out. The restaurant is big with plenty of seating — a plus on a Saturday night when you might have to wait to be seated, elsewhere. T. ordered chicken picata, which he deemed dry. The sauce, with a good sprinkling of capers, was tasty. I chose a dinner portion of Caesar salad with calamari. Their homemade balsamic dressing(thicker than a vinaigrette) is excellent. The salad itself had few vestiges of a ‘Caesar salad’ other than romaine lettuce and accompanying Caesar dressing, which was creamy, and not to my liking. The calamari was okay, not the best, but the portion was generous. Garlic rolls, which I liked the last time, tasted old, ordinary, without much garlic. Though I think there are better Italian restaurants in town, I’ll probably return for one key reason: convenience. Located not far off 575, Tuscany is easy to get to, and a good meeting point for my friends who live further north. Plus, I had a really nice glass of Shiraz!

The food is good but not worth the price except at lunch. They typically have a Groupon running, but even then it is still pricey. The selections are more upscale and they have good desserts but expect to pay. Again, not sure if it is worth the price.

Well the experience started out on shaky ground I went on their web site the day before and filled out their reservation request and never received a reply. We showed up at the time I had requested and told the hostess that I had requested a reservation with no response from them and she informed me they didn’t take reservations on the weekend, which the web site didn’t say. She asked if we wanted a table or a booth and we requested a booth and she went to find us seating and came back and said that there was one for a party of two by the window but it was reserved and I asked her if she didn’t just tell me they didn’t take reservations and she said it was for the managers friends and if we wanted to wait 15 or 20 minutes we could get one by the window but we opted to take one in the back room. The table was too small for the sitting area of the booth and didn’t accommodate the serving dishes very well. The food was good but not any better than numerous other Italian restaurants around the Northside of Atlanta. The owner came through the dining room and stopped by each table and you got the feeling that this was a good old boys club instead of an establishment that wanted to bring in new customers. He stopped by our table and I told him what happened and he had to rush off and never returned to make us feel that this was an unusual happening. The food was good and the tiramisu was the best we have had anywhere but I want to be treated like a valued customer even if I’m not a member of their good old boys club. I talked to the owner today and found out there were issues with their web site that was being worked on that should stop any misunderstandings about reservations. The hostess that made us feel like we were not valued customers has be counseled about how to talk to customers. We will be returning to give them another try because we enjoyed the food and I’m increasing it to 4 stars because after our conversation I think the owner does care about his customers.

I’m not sure if its just bad luck on my family’s part, or the service and food just 50⁄50 sucks the entire time. The first time we went, yes we did go on a rather busy night but waited 40 minutes to be seated. Thats fine given the night. Our food took and hour and a half to arrive. Okay still, busy night right? I got my fettuccine alfredo. Average. Alfredo sauce was a bit liquidy and the pasta was certainly not fresh. Our table’s food was average all around. Having a groupon for our second time, we decided to try again. This was the point of no return of just plain mistake. Nearly the only table in the entire restaurant, three total, we were seated and our food took about 45 — 50 minutes to arrive. A lot of items on the menu were excluded from the groupon, and they weren’t cheap! You’re paying for 20 $ plates for things I’ve gotten at olive garden for 8 $ and tasted better. My mother ordered a chicken dish, i ordered a pizza, and my father ordered a lasagna. When we finally received our food, all of it was dysfunctional in a different way: my father’s lasagna was cold in the middle, my pizza was very soggy(not good NY style grease, more like microwave soggy), and to top it off, my mother’s chicken was pink! Undercooked to the tee! How can you give raw chicken? You’re not busy. I mean fair mistake but the entire table was unsatisfied. So after the complaints it took a while to receive new chicken and to «compensate» the mistakes they gave us free tiramisu. I frequently eat out italian, and this tiramisu sucked. It was still frozen, and it sucked. We’ve eaten here more than 3 times and try to keep an open mind but Tuscany is frankly just an overpriced, «paying for atmosphere“spot with horrible service and mediocre at-best food.

Great Italian restaurant located by the Regal Cherokee Movie Theater. This place has great Italian food, I have visited multiple times and never been let down. I haven’t left the place extremely surprised either however, but overall it is nice, and the staff are generally pleasant. Desserts are amazing as well, as expected from an American Italian restaurant. Definitely a fit for a nice dinner.

The décor and ambience of this place is great for date night. It’s spacious with plenty of seating so wait time shouldn’t be too long. The calamari came out hot and crisp with two different sauces to dip. The house salad was great. The salad dressing packed flavor and a hint of spice on top of a bed of lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, chick peas and peperoncino. Yum! I had the fettuccine Manzo. The steak was moist, tender and cooked perfectly. The Cabernet sauce was silky smooth and the mushrooms and onions rounded out the dish. I wish I would have saved room for desert as I am sure Tuscany doesn’t disappoint in this area either. Last but not least our server Luciano was attentive and made sure all our needs were met even though the crowd continued to grow. All in all this establishment has everything one would want to spend his money on, great food, wine and service!

I went to Tuscany with my boyfriend. We both enjoyed the tasty food and the nice view! The size is too big for us. The bread is so good and the seafood is soooo fresh! We definitely will come again.

Love the location of this place! The views are amazing and so is there BREAD. Garlic knots with Parmesan what could be better? Started off with the Brushetta which was simple but still so yummy, the calamari which again simple but still great! Loved the sauce it came with and then we also had the fried ravioli which I LOVED. A lot of the food items are similar but I ended up with the Shrimp Scampi Linguine with the white sauce to DIE for! LOVED it. My sister had the Pollo Fiorentio which was super heavy but omg those few bites were worth the 10 mile run! Service was great and we on a Sunday — was not crazy busy but still made a reservation! Will def. be back here again. Love good food outside of the perimeter!

My family tree has roots that run deep in Calabria, so I was excited to try Tuscany because I heard some of their chefs were from that area. Unfortunately what I ordered(veal) tasted lackluster buried deep in a bland sauce. Owner was so kind and tried to rectify situation but veal was still bland. I’m giving it 3 stars because of ambience and owner. Also bread is oily and lots of people do love it but I’m a traditionalist.

I really like Tuscany. It’s a great place to go with a group but also a great place to go if you are looking for a nice place to go on a date. You can get dressed up and not feel out of place. This is a little more of an upscale place so I wouldn’t recommend wearing jeans. They have a nice bar area up front that is usually attended by the 30 – 40 something crowd. Food is really good. They used to offer free salad to the table but now they charge for the salads. Free garlicky rolls for the table are soooo good. I’ve never had anything bad here. The dessert case is incredible. The cannoli amazing. They are in a great location and you can really get a great view if you sit near the gazebo. They are also within walking distance of the movie theater so it actually is possible to do dinner and a movie. Since they are a little more upscale expect more upscale pricing — my only reason for not giving five stars.

This place is easily viewable from the street and is especially beautiful at night when lit. I first discovered Tuscany on Amazon Local, where I purchased a voucher. My husband and I came for dinner and were very impressed. The bread was great. They make a limoncello martini with pineapple infused vodka that is to die for. We ordered calamari for an appetizer and frutti di mare and shrimp scampi for dinner. Amazing. Great portions and perfectly cooked pasta. If you wanted to make a night of it, there’s a movie theater directly across the way. You don’t even need to move your car. I highly recommend calling ahead on a Saturday. It gets crowded after 6:30.

I was pretty sure I already reviewed this restaurant shortly after I dined there on the 31st of August — but now I can’t seem to locate it. Anyway, though now the specifics elude me, I do remember that both myself and my friend Dan thought it was great! Now I’m always going to remember this place as the last time/place I ever saw my friend. Dan had an accident on August 20th, and after«seemingly» recovering(being discharged from the hospital 2or3 days before), due to complications related to the accident he went into eternity on Sept 8th. :(

This is probably my favorite restaurant in Woodstock, so of course I wanted to go when I was home for the week. It is a real treat because I love italian food. My mom was hesitant to go because she heard they got a new head chef and it wasn’t as good anymore. However, we gave it a try and went with my neighbors on a week night and were glad we did. The ambiance of this place is amazing and it’s situated up high so you get a great view of the city. The garlic knots they give you are delicious, I tried not to fill up on them. When it came time to order, we learned that they no longer include a salad with your entrée and you have to pay extra for it. That’s fine but they should lower the price of the entrees to reflect this change. We did end up paying extra and my salad did not disappoint. When it came time for our entrees, everyone was more than satisfied. I got the chicken and tortellini and it was DELICIOUS! I finished the entire thing despite it being a large portion, it was that good. They have an amazing dessert cart which I have gotten from before, but when it came time for desserts we were all stuffed. Tuscany also carries a lot of great wines, not the common ones typically at every restaurant. Our waiter was great, we have never gotten bad service here. I will definitely be returning next time i’m in the area!
