The quick care situation is a hot mess. A woman at the front desk literally ignored me when I was trying to ask her a question. Generally I think that this is a good facility, but the lack of patient care and empathy at the quick care clinic is appalling.

Woonsocket, RI
Most of the staff, nurses, doctors are heartless & rude. The wait is always ridiculous. Minimum wait is about 30 min to an hour. This place is so unprofessional I don’t ever plan on going back to this place. Would it kill a nurse to smile or say your welcome when a patient says thank you. Ugh I hate this place!
