Such a cute place. I went in to look for a Alex and Anne bracelet. I was looking for a grandmother one they didn’t have it they ran out :(BUT the girl who was working was very helpful gave the book of meanings and gave me ideas … She was not over looking me and standing at the counter rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable. She simply gave me a few ideas handed me the book and was in sight when I needed her and wanted to look at something… Plus she wrapped the gift and did a much better job than I would of lol … Will be buying more Alex and Anne from this store because of the service and had a surprising amount to choose from

I usually don’t like to complain or make negative reviews but today I visited this shop because it was on my way home and they have Alex and Ani bracelets, and I needed a couple for Christmas gifts. My husband and I were at the counter, one girl was there helping a customer. After a little while another employee came over. From the beginning I can tell that she had an annoyed look on her face. She said–«anything I can show you?» I was going to say–«no, I already know what I want» but as soon as she heard no she cut me off and said–«well, when you know what you want come find me» and quickly turned and walked away. I said–«I already know what I want» she turns back around with another annoyed look and rudely stated–«well what did you want then?» I told her the two initials I needed and she quickly went to grab them and then I didn’t see her again. Then next thing I know she is at another counter which is off in a little room. So I had to go look for her. Not even a «right this way» So because I didn’t have a chance before she left to inquire about the military discount that they have advertised, when I asked I got another annoyed face. She gave me the total and she yanked the debit card from my hand. I was appalled. Asked me if I wanted the receipt in the bag and just handed it over without a thank you or anything like that. I stated that she was rude. Honestly I should have just had her refund me and I would have gone elsewhere. I called to let the store know what happened and she said–«well we are trying to accommodate everyone» I said–«I know you’re busy, but that is no excuse to be rude» she said–«how was she rude to you?» And I told her about the debit card thing. In being upset I even forgot to tell her about the initial encounter because every time a word came out of my mouth she had a reply! She said -«well no one has ever complained about her before» So basically is she saying that it’s my fault? And because no one has complained before that makes it ok??? I understand people can be overwhelmed with being busy but their annoyance should never be taken out on the customer. I will never go in there again.
