Got a flat tire fixed $ 16. Seems a little high for Worcester. (I’ve paid the same in Boston) However, it was done in a few minutes and I rode off into the sunset a happy girl.

Decent product selection… would have bought here but find the staff incredibly arrogant and rude, namely Dave who I believe is the owner. This has been on more than one occasion where I felt talked down to and insulted in this store. Yes, they have good products but do not talk to me like I am an idiot. Glad I went with my gut. Bought from Southbridge Bicycle instead and got terrific service, no attitude, and a good deal. Happy they got my $ 2500 and not Bike Alley.

I purchased 2 bikes here last year, both pretty high end. Some of the staff are really down to earth and can converse at any level. Some, well are a bit arrogant and would probably ignore Lance Armstrong. (take themselves and thier craft much too seriously) Great inventory, not for the bargain hunters out there. (They are what they are) They really should easily get 4 stars but if not for the attitude of some staff. Prices seem set by manufacturers, but they do offer 10% off accessories at time of purchase. (They should have a better discount program, since competition in this space is significant)

I have been out of the mountain bike world for about 15 years. The salesperson that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best bike for my needs and budget. He helped me out with safety gear, too! On my first trip out I broke off the derailer hanger. I brought it back to them for the repair, they had it done in 15 minutes (on a SUNDAY) and they only charged me for the part! This company knows how to keep customers happy! I highly recommend them!

I recently bought a bike here. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and found the staff knowledgeable and patient. I had a small issue with my bike afterward and they fixed it free of charge. I’ve been back a few times since and they are always helpful and courteous.

After Reading the only other review of this shop, I had to leave one too.
The guys that work @ BA are ultra professional and know their sh#t. They are by far the best shop in the area. Go to Barneys if you need to pick up a dime sack after you get a patch kit. Go to BA for good service and the best selection.
