Always a shit show. Late night is horrific. I get it, they deal with the drunks and obnoxious customers but this is a bit much. Long drive-thru lines, unprofessional staff and the smell that emits from the drive thru window when you finally make it up there is on a different level.

This place is absolutely disgusting. As a restaurant manager, if my store ever looked like this I’d fire every single person working. No ice in either of the drink machines, a large group of thugs literally screaming about selling pills and coke, the dining room was so insanely gross I decided to turn around and walk out because eating here would be more dirty than eating out of a trash can. Shut this place down! How can you serve PEOPLE food at this place?!

This location is ok if you stop by early in the day. Later on in the evening/night is a different story. Staff is not professional, long, long wait times in the drive thru, then to find out that the items you want are not available. Better, more consistent management is needed.

Located in busy Kelly Square, this BK is always busy .
That being said, I stopped in to grab a drink. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was including the bathrooms.
