I recently saw Josh for a last ditch attempt to find relief for my sciatica which was causing tremendous pain. I wasn’t sure what to expect but physical therapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic wasn’t working for me. After my first visit my leg began to relax. I couldn’t believe! I saw him two other times, and can tell you i haven’t had that deep pain since and it’s been over a month. There is a reason why acupuncture isn’t covered by insurance, because it works! I will continue to use Josh’s services and recommend his work highly. If anyone is having pain don’t hesitate you can find relief. I only wish i had found him sooner.

Josh is a caring Acupuncturist. He takes the time to understand your health needs and very skillfully targets your session to get the maximum effect of acupuncture. Recently I threw out my back while on vacation and he was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called him because he was concerned with offering me relief as soon as possible.
His practice offers private rooms with amazingly comfortable chairs, heat lamps, soothing music and an essential oil diffuser to create an oasis of total relaxation during your session.
I love that he offers evening appointments which is exactly what I need as I work outside the city and the cost of each session is very reasonable.
I highly recommend Central Acupuncture and Health.
