This is the most overrated place in Worcester and quite frankly the pizza isn’t that great. When you have a guy named«J-Kidd» advertising this place you know it’s not the best. I do enjoy their sandwiches though.

Got the fried platter. One wing was normal the other was extremely small and cheap of them to include. Would have kept giving you business but just because of that and the fact that I tipped 3 $ literally annoys me. So thanks, but NOTHANKS! Take that baby sized wing and shove it.

This is a Worcester staple. They serve classic Greek-style pizza. I recommend the sausage, pepper, and onion. If you want good pizza at a reasonable price this is a good spot.

I moved to Worcester recently and live just a couple of blocks from Jason’s. It’s my first pizza from there and there will be many more! I had a mushroom and pepperoni, to go. When I got it home and opened the box, the aroma was incredible! When i began to lift the first slice out of the box, I heard this«crunch», the sound that tell you the crust is perfect. Lifting the slice out of the box, the middle portion sagged and the outer crust stayed rigid: just like a pizza should be. The amount of cheese and toppings were good, but I would have liked more pepperoni. It’s a nice, small, local pizza joint: like the kinds I grew up with. Price is reasonable, and worth a try.

#10 on the Worcester Pizza Quest Oh yeah you guessed it next on the Pizza Quest Jason’s pizza. Its a unique name for a pizza place but hey if they make good pizza you can call it whatever you want it. I Call up for my order a grumpy very busy woman answered the phone, you can tell she wasn’t in the mood for pleasantries just give me your order and hang up please type call. So I ask for a buffalo chicken and pineapple pizza. She tells me ok and your number is 28 and hangs up. Not really that bothered I thought man this place better have great pizza to be that busy enough not to give great service. Jason’s Pizza is close to Worcester state college over near an artsy type area. It’s a nice location. The first thing you notice is the dirty store front and when you walk in its rundown most likely has been here for while and hasn’t done any renovations in years. A busy unhappy woman asked for my order. I let her know what I ordered with no chit chat she handed me the pizza here is your price and bye bye. Well on the price it was $ 15 for two topping. I was a bit shocked, this is a very expensive compared to the places I have been to. But the pizza felt heavy maybe they have the best ingredients so it will taste incredible and for that price it better. I get it home open the box wow, they add a lot of toppings it’s defiantly a well stocked pizza. I grab a piece and tried to slide it onto my plate and it flops. There is no way you can grab a slice with one hand and put it on your plate. You can look at this as a good thing, but wait finish reading my review. You try to eat your slice it’s impossible without a fork and a knife it’s so soft watered down its impossible. The crust well the better question would be what crust the pizza has too many toppings on it. The crust is soft wet its unable to be a pizza crust. They give you plenty of cheese and toppings but they forgot that pizza isn’t just a toppings it’s how they all work together. The buffalo chicken is just the Sam’s club frozen kind(gross). They just unthaw and chop it up and place it on a pizza. I didn’t see much pineapple but that is ok because I can’t see that helping the pizza any at all. Between two people we didn’t even eat half the pizza. We had a couple of slices and put it in the fridge. The next day we opened the box looked at the pizza we decided that it couldn’t have gotten any better over night and just tossed in the garbage. I have learn on this quest a good pizza has a thin crisp crust a tasty full of wonderful spices sauce and good cheese and enough toppings to taste in every bit. Wow these guys did it all wrong, a soft spongy crust a sauce you couldn’t find or taste, cheese they put plenty of cheese and very cheap toppings and to top it all off VERY overpriced.

Best pizza around. It’s your typical neighborhood pizza place(family-run, around since the 1950s, now in the second generation), nothing fancy, but you’re not going to find a better tasting pizza. They’re generous with the toppings, and I especially recommend the hamburg pizza. Not only is there plenty of meat on there, but it’s *under* the cheese, covering the whole pie, whereas most places put little dabs of it on top of the cheese. Their pasta & meatballs are also great, and I’ve heard the grinders are, too(haven’t tried one, myself). They deliver for free. Special deals on cheese pizzas Monday & Tuesday. And they always round your bill down to the nearest round number – a nice touch. I was lucky to grow up nearby, so this was our regular pizza provider. If you’re in the area, believe me, you’ll want to make it yours. Update, 5÷31÷07: Family who live in Worcester tell me that, in the past couple months, Jason’s has changed. The pizza is different, and not as good as it used to be. They’re not sure whether it’s because of the new employees or if they’re using different ingredients, but something’s changed for the worse. I won’t change my star rating, since I haven’t yet experienced the difference firsthand, but I wanted to let Unilocalers know this unfortunate news.
