Leo’s T-Bird Pizza

The first time I sampled their menu, I ordered and ate there. My sub was tasty and the fries were fantastic. I was excited to have found a new sub place so close to home! My subsequent experience was not so pleasant. I placed a delivery order for Italian subs for my roommate and I. Although the food was delivered rather quickly, neither sandwich was prepared correctly. When I called to inform them, there was no offer to replace the erroneous order. When I requested a refund, I was told no because MOST of the ingredients were correct. Seriously?!? When I told them I’d be down to return the subs for a refund, the person I was speaking with hung up on me. Although my roommate did finally get a refund (after driving down there with the subs, mind you), I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s unfortunate too as I would’ve been happy to support what appears to be a family owned business. Needless to say, this particular family needs some lessons in quality customer service especially when sub shops are a dime a dozen in Worcester.

Best pizza in Worcester!!! By far, no question. And the French fries are also awesome. I’ve gotten a couple different sandwiches but because the pizza is so good it’s almost all I ever get. Stacy, who works behind the counter, is always smiling and in a good mood. She’s an asset to your business.

My go to spot for just about anything when I get takeout. Pizza, salads, pasta, subs, calzones, pretty much everything on the menu is worth trying. Real friendly people working here too.

Ordered a veggie pizza on a Saturday night and it was here in 45 mins (not bad for a Saturday night) and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked with not too much sauce and a large amount of veggies! Will definitely order from here again. YUM!

Sampled some food from here today, and left happy and satisfied.
Pizza was pretty good, sampled both cheese and broccoli pizzas. Both were pretty good though a bit light on the broccoli.
Had half a tuna pocket and thought it was great. Very tasty, and plenty full of both tuna and veggies.
Would definitely eat here again if on this side of town.

nope, not a fan of this food.
My workplace ordered from there multiple time but after a while I was sick of it and it’s bland in nature — typical diner/​pizza joint.
My coworkers liked it (and probably still order lots of it).
Not my cup of tea.

I like this local pizza joint. The folks who work here are pleasant, but lets face it we aren’t eating here for the staff!

The food is good, the service is great and the price is right.
They have delivery and if for whatever reason the order is screwed up they are more than happy to give you a credit on your next order.

Fast delivery… good prices… yummy salad!!!
