Let me start out by saying that i went here a couple years ago and had a great experience. Staff was quick and friendly, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
Not the same anymore…

I ended up paying something above $ 60 for the oil change that comes with the filter, some fluid top off, and a wipe down for the interior of the car. Usually I do my own oil changes but it was the middle of January, I don’t have access to a garage, and I was about to head on a road trip up and down the east coast. I brought the car in and went for the mid-​level oil for high milag but had to tell them to skip the air filter change because that was overpriced (I just ended up doing it myself).
No real complaints yet except the price for $ 20 of materials and less than an hour of labor.
The issue came when I changed my oil. The oil pan gasket was on way too tight, I gave up about 30 minutes after trying several different tools to get the bolt off. Eventually I sought help and alternate ideas. Eventually, with more elbow grease than typically necessary, we got it off.
Next was the oil filter. SOB! That was awful. I had to physically crush the filter (after again, trying the normal tools that get the work done) attached to the car to get enough grip to unscrew it. That was annoying.
I continued with the normal work, filled up the oil, and turned the car on to circulate the oil through the engine. That’s when the sputtering and coughing happened. Oil was spitting through the filter. When I checked the filter, I noticed that the rubber gasket from the previous filter was torn from the old filter and stuck to the rim of the port on the car, inhibiting the formation of a seal with the new filter. With that said, I was pretty livid.
I’m going to continue to change my own oil.

I’ve been in a few times for oil changes here in the past with no issues, but let me tell you this new employee or manager there is clearly all about the sale and pressure. What happened to customer service? They used to walk me in and out, now it’s just another place to get you’re money at all costs. I won’t be back that’s for sure.
