My husband loves the chicken carbonara. I love their lasagna. Very meaty. And the eggplant Parmesan is very large portion. Great flavor. The owners are from Italy, and very personable. I’ve had better pizza but the pizza is great. Price is reasonable considering the portions. Go there for lunch and there’s a quiet peaceful atmosphere as most people come for dinner. Family mom and pop place.

We came here with a group 9. Parking was a bit cramp. The place has open concept space. Staff were friendly and attentive considering how many people in our party. Restroom was in a separate area where it was cold, only one toilet was working and somewhat clean. My husband said the mans bathroom the light turned off for No reason. We had chicken wings and caprese salad was light and refreshing. All Pizzas we ordered was delicious, the pizza dough was perfectly cook, not greasy, good size portion not too thin and not to thick dough. The crust has a crunch when you bite to it. We had potato pizza a potato, bacon, cheddar with ranch dressing sounds different because carbs on carbs but its perfect combination a must try also we had the Firecrackers which is buffalo chicken with cucumber with ranch dressing and BLT. The firecracker and BLT were a bit in the salty side. Firecracker has a touch of spicy hit buffalo. The BLT had nice crunch. It was succulent and nice sauce.

6pm on a Friday night. Once 5 – 6 tables are full, service drops through the floor. Server waited on 2 tables who came in after we did.

Horribly salty shitfest. Meatballs were the worst ever. Pizza sucked. Sorry to be so negative but that’s just the way my wife and I felt. We ate there twice, never again

Pepe’s really is a hidden gem. My girlfriend and I love it here and have never been disappointed by the pizza. I’ve been to almost all the pizza places in and around Worcester and this pizza is by far the best. The pizzas are very large, New York style pizzas. I would highly recommend the Potato pizza. This pizza is amazing. Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. It’s a white pizza with a layer of thinly sliced mandoline-cut potatoes, topped with mozzarella cheese, chedder, bacon, and a drizzle of dressing(I think it’s ranch). Or, The Best of Both Worlds Pizza. One half of this pizza is the Potato pizza and the other half is a Buffalo pizza, which is also amazing. It’s got buffalo chicken, blue cheese and cucumbers, which sounds odd, but really is a light and refreshing touch. I’d say that the only negative about Pepe’s is the location — but I’m giving it 5-stars based on the amazing food. It’s located on a sad-street in Worcester(with ample parking, however). There is nice outdoor seating, however, which is hard to come by in Worcester. The inside of Pepe’s is very clean, but it’s a little bit dark. It’s never been packed when I’ve gone, but it’s also never been empty. They’ve got new TVs and is a great place to grab a drink, or watch a game. The service is also very good and the prices are very affordable with the large specialty pizzas running about $ 14.

Lunch recently… pretty empty for lunch, neat old building which was once a meat processing plant, you can see some of the old racks in parts of the building… restaurant is a big open room with a wide bar along one wall, pretty plain, no real decorations… service at the bar was pleasant, decent selection of beers and a shortish menu, i had the chicken parm sandwich which was very good, wife had the eggplant parm sandwich, also very good, you can opt for a salad in stead of frys so we both did this, it is a nice option… sandwiches were decent sized and very reasonably priced so this is certainly a great value…

Had the all you can eat chicken special Wednesday night. It was the worst meal I have ever had. There were four of us and we all hated it. Salad was old and dull, chicken wad sooooo dry and tasteless, potatoes were dry and awful. I will say no more. Please don ‘t throw your money away on this meal. The waitress was very nice and efficient. The place was pretty empty, they better stick to serving pizza. Couldn’t help noticing the bartender was just chatting with a couple at the bar while we waited for our drinks. Our waitress finally got them herself after she served our horrible salads. They should be ashamed to serve that meal.

New to pepés. Atmosphere was great. Disappointed with the funghi pizza, mushrooms were from a can. Otherwise a good local spot

Just found this place this weekend. Family owned good food and drinks. Pizza is great! Also had the chicken parm, also great. Very reasonable prices and the portions are generous.

Pepes is a cultural experience, eating here just for the history of it makes it worthwhile. Although not offering single slices, you’ll quickly find yourself eating the entire pie anyways. Being a Connecticut native I’m a bit biased, but eat here, look at the pictures and enjoy one of the best pizzerias on the northern coast.

I AMSODISAPPOINTED! We have been before. I have always thought Pepe’s food was good. Even a little better than good. The pizza’s are great, and tonight was no different. I have the chicken parm, it was great as usual. The service was horrible. There appeared to be two young girls(18 to 20 years old) who had no idea what they were doing. They were nice, never rude, but had no idea what they were doing. We sat and waited for over 15 minutes before they came over to take our drink order. At that point still no menu’s. Drinks came, still no menu’s, finally had to ask. we’re used to getting a basket of bread on the table, finally had to ask for that. Two of us had the chicken parm which came with salads, those were forgotten till we finally asked. They apologized and brought the salads moments before the meals came. The final straw was they forgot to put in one of our pizza’s, never did find out how that happened. it was on the slip she wrote out but somehow it got forgotten. Unfortunately for us this was the kids dinner and making the kids wait another 15 minutes did not make our evening more enjoyable. Frankly we were amazed after forgetting the pizza that they didn’t offer to discount the bill for the forgotten pizza. Shame on the management to allow this to happen. These weren’t bad or rude girls, there were girls who had not been trained properly. We had talked about the place and brought friend with us. I can assure you that they will not be returning and we will certainly be looking at other placed before we would consider Pepe’s again.

I travel to Worcester quite a bit. I always look forward to stopping in to Pepe’s for lunch. Love the wings and the Ceasar salad with chicken. Good, quick and friendly service too.

I recently went there for the first time the other day and ate. I was extremely pleased with the meal and prices. I person reviewed them and said 4 people ate and they had wine and it was 50 dollars? really, is this the first time you went out to eat, you should probably stick to the dollar menu at McDonalds. Anyway I had seafood risotto and it was probably the best I have ever had anywhere and I thought the prices were comparable to anywhere. Super nice staff huge bar good low key place to watch a game.

Pepe’s was surprisingly expensive for a little amount of food and average quality. My wife had a glass of wine and a chicken parm dinner. I had a side salad. My daughters had a kids meal and a salad. We also had an overpriced appetizer. The total-$ 50. Very expensive for food that is just passable and nothing special.

Went here for pizza on Valentines day. Called ahead to make a reservation but it wasn’t necessary since it was slow and there were many open tables. The hostess taking the reservation and our waitress were very pleasant and set the stage for a nice evening. My friend ordered a Riesling which she enjoyed and I ordered a Magic Hat #9. We just focused on the pizza section of the menu, which had plenty of vegetarian options, some seafood options such as anchovy/tuna, and plenty of meat lover options too. The thin crust four cheese and white pizza were both very good and cooked just right. @$ 40 for two with two drinks each, a pizza with slices to take home. They had some upbeat electro type music playing at a moderate/low volume which I liked. Better than elevator music IMO. Overall a good experience and I definitely recommend this for a casual bite to eat with friends. Full bar too with the sports games playing. Nice old brick building and parking was easy. Can look out the window at the Worcester fire station and perhaps see the fire trucks go out on call. Good options after w/Shrewsbury st close by and even Vincents dive bar for live music/cheap drinks. Convenient access right off of 290.

Fun, fun, fun little(although not really little) place to go! We came here for dessert the other night after a poor dining experience elsewhere and really enjoyed our food as well as the atmosphere. The waitress was very nice and the service was great, my friend and I both got cannolis which were delicious and my other friend got the chocolate cake, which was also very yummy. What I liked about Pepe’s was that they had Oldies playing the entire time, all the tunes you’d want to hum along to. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxed, and there was a good mix of people there both old and young. I’ll definitely be back to sample the rest of their menu!

Good, thin crust pizza at a reasonable price. Service was very friendly and so were the prices. Don’t expect an extensive menu. Half of it is various pizza offerings. The dining area is combined with the bar. It can get a bit noisy as it is a converted warehouse right next to the Cold Storage fire memorial fire house. Overall, not a bad experience.

I’ve been to Pepe’s twice now, and plan on going back again soon! The first time I went I tried the chicken picatta, which was a little strange(the chicken was breaded and baked rather than cooked in the pan with the sauce). It tasted good, it just wasn’t traditional. I saw some friends eating the pizza when i was there, and they told me to get the pizza next time. A month or so later I was working as a musician in Worcester, and we had a 1 hour break between performances, so a group of us called ahead and ordered to pizzas and drove there(in tuxes and gowns) to eat it. The pizzas were absolutely perfect! Everything about them was exactly what you would want in a pizza; the crust, the sauce, the toppings, were perfectly made and delicious. The server we had was very pleasant and suggested that we just get a bottle of wine in order to save money. If you haven’t been yet, try Pepe’s before the word gets out and there’s an hour wait to get in the door!
