This restaurant has been out of business for a couple of years now. Livia’s Dish is now in that location.

Stopped in the other day to have some of their phở and was not disappointed. Did notice the name of the place changed to Bangkok House. Same owner… she explained she hired a new chef and added a more extensive thai menu, hence the change

Have eaten here several times, the food always has fresh ingredients and is very well prepared. Two thumbs up!

Came here the other day because phở is the BEST hangover food! came grumpy and hungry and left very happy. i got a small bowl of their chicken phở which was delish! i don’t think it had, what my boyfriend would call, the«essence», but it was pretty decent phở. it cost me about $ 6.50 for my small bowl which was quite filling. overall, pretty good! next time i’m hungover, i’ll definitely head this way =) ps. friend had the curry, said it was really good!

After driving by this place on my way to work for several months, I decided to give it a whirl. I’ve been here twice — the first was takeout. Service was prompt and the server gave me tea while I waited, which was nice. The pad thai I ordered was delicious, as were the spring rolls. However, I only noticed a handful of customers while I waited, even though it was a Saturday evening. My second visit I went with a friend for some phở. No complaints with the food, however the server was not the friendliest and not very attentive(though we were the only ones there.) She wore a winter jacket the entire time, which looks unprofessional… though that’s just a personal thing. I do think this place has potential, but hasn’t achieved that status yet. It is sort of in an odd location, which I think may be the reason for the low amount of diners. But I recommend giving this place a try and I do intend returning.

I’ll have to(and really want to) go back to get try some of the other things on their large menu(next time I will probably delve into the curries, and then of course there is the phở) I ordered chicken vermacilli, friend had the pad thai and we split the fresh rolls. I thought the pad thai had too much egg and not enough sauce. The vermacilli was decent, I like the way they prepared the chicken but would have liked onions and more sauce. The peanut sauce served with the fresh rolls was a little different, but good. I wasn’t completely won over by this place, but I will definitely be going back soon, so much food, so little stomach room.

I think this place is new. Maybe the Bamboo Hut used to be here – some of the reviews for Bamboo Hut have this address. But now it’s Phở 2000. It’s perfectly acceptable food, but weird, because it was completely empty on a Friday night when my friend and I showed up. And there were a considerable number of staff people, especially given that there were no customers. So you do wonder. I went for Thai, rather than Vietnamese, food, so that might be a bit unfair. But the country Pad Thai was great(and I subsequently heard from a friend that the regular Pad Thai was only so so). Spring rolls OK too. It was dinner time, so I had a glass of chardonnay. Nothing to write home about.
