This place is great. It’s clean and the service is excellent. If you’re like me and try to be productive during laundry time, then you should ask for a chair. You will be able to set up and make a work station and get a lot done while you’re there.

I may have come here expecting too much based on the reviews and the marketing on their website. On the other hand, I have experienced better laundromats for less cost. Pros: It is a clean facility with plenty of laundry supplies like detergent and dryer sheets are available. There are also plenty of good quality machines available, so you will probably not have to wait. There is definitely good Wi-Fi here, and TV’s to help pass the time. Cons: The service, at least at the time I visited, was not what I would call professional and courteous. I don’t expect 5-star service from a laundromat, but the people who worked there acted like they didn’t want to be there or even see customers. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, I don’t know, but they weren’t very helpful. Furthermore, the cost was a lot more than I expected. I was charged $ 15 for a single 30 minute wash and 30 minute dry. While I could have studied the pricing more carefully beforehand, it shouldn’t be THAT easy to spend $ 15 for a single load. Bottom-Line: The quality and quantity of the wash/dry is good… But if you go here, please take a moment to go over the pricing so you don’t accidentally waste your money.

This is the best laundromat ever. The place is extremely clean and the equipment always works. The staff makes the place truly stand out. They’re friendly, professional, and helpful. I set up my own work station while I’m there(laptop, books, everything) and they’re extremely accommodating. Free wifi!

Went here every 2 – 3 weeks to have about $ 50 of laundry washed and folded for the past 4 mos and they shrunk a few pieces but were super convenient and local so I thought«meh, good enough.» =3 stars for solid. My last-time-I-plan-to-go experience: Accidentally gave my work visa to pay… now to put this into context: I don’t make a habit of this. It was only the 2nd time I’ve ever done this in 7 mos of carrying it in my wallet with my personal card BUT the first time was at a restaurant and they easily canceled it.(Other context: I’ve worked in retail and I’ve canceled transactions– you call your manager and it’s usually possible within a certain time period controlled by your particular pay system) Right after I sign the receipt and return«my» card… I notice my real card nestled in my wallet. I quickly explain my mistake and ask her to cancel and let me pay with my other card. Tell me how the cashier lady calls the owner and in 2 seconds she says it isn’t possible… grrr…it’s been 1 minute and they probably just didn’t want to pay the associated fees = minus a star here Had to tell my boss and he laughed it off(yay) but turns out they are also more expensive than where my boss goes in webster sq(2nd yay?.sorta …well ill be trying his recommendation AND saving money, so. yay) Anyways, I was consistent business .now… I won’t be back. To me, customer loyalty is everything, especially in the service industry so work with your customers and they’ll be back… but for me, it won’t be to here.

It was my first time going to this type of service and I had a good experience. The lady that worked there was nice and helpful if you don’t know your ways around. It’s not that crowded, but people do come. It has wi-fi, t.v., it’s clean and professional. There’s nothing bad I can say about it.
