Buyer beware! Bad business! I used to frequent this shop, bring friends, recommend it to others. No more! We had received a gift from there for my child’s birthday that wasn’t our taste, we asked to exchange it, not return, exchange. Instead of picking out something I was treated to a lecture by the owner about their 10DAYRETURNPOLICY! Receipt required. How would I know when a gift was bought! I had asked people to shop local, well no more. You lost me and everyone I know as customers! 10 days??? That’s absurd.

I know boutiques and their prices can be intimidating but it’s really hard to find unique gifts like I found here. There’s a baby section with lots of items made from organic materials, house décor, toys and some clothes as well. I was shopping for my nieces first birthday and found some great items that went with her cupcake theme. The woman who helped me at checkout was very friendly and wrapped everything for me. Such a nice touch that you can’t get at chain stores. My gift for my niece is wrapped and I even left with a gift for my nephew that she wrapped separately. Definitely worth the 20 minute drive.

I can’t believe this store only has 3 ½ stars overall. It’s cute and trendy. The lady at the register couldn’t have been nicer. I called before I went to see if they had what I was looking for. She only had a few of the item is stock so she offered to order something for me if I didn’t like what they had(which wasn’t the case). I have found super cute baby shower gifts there and even picked up some great stationary. Above all, they tolerated the fact that my 4 year old and 9 month old were with me(and were still SUPERNICE). If you have any doubt about visiting here, GOIN. :)

Okay, I actually really like this place. Once in a while I want to feel girly. This is where I do that. If you have any large amount of testosterone in your body, I do not suggest going in here. I always try to buy something when I come here. It’s just my way. The thing that’s so great is that there’s always something that I end up wanting, and it ends up being useful and lasting forever. My favorite thing I acquired here was a small bottle of this french room scenting stuff… I think… its in french, and I assume that’s its purpose. But it smells incredible, and was pricey but outlasted anything I had expected.

Fritzy Jacobs is one of those stores that would have been nearly impossible to find in Columbus a few years ago. It stocks super-trendy home décor items and lots of my-baby’s-cooler-than-your-baby infant clothes. Combine those with radical pillows embroidered with various U.S. states and handmade jewelry and all of a sudden you don’t feel like you’re in Worthington anymore. The store is indeed tucked away in the quaint downtown area of Worthington — by the way, Worthington has done a better job than most of striking the delicate balance of boring and cool that modern«quaintness» requires. There is nothing pretentious about it all, yet hip folks find themselves wanting to move there. Magic. Anyway, the store is filled with super-cool items. It would be a perfect place to come for a gift(particularly for a baby shower). As I stated before, Worthington is a cool place to visit. Check Fritzy out when you go.
