Michaels

No sense in going back to this Michael’s store. It’s been a while since I’ve been in one, since I’ve been able to find similar items online wholesale or certain things through Etsy shops. And Hobby Lobby has always been a better, more economical option for a lot of craft supplies as well. But this Michael’s is within walking distance of home and I thought that would be nice, which was the only benefit to this store. First, I was reminded of their high prices. Then their coupons, which I do honestly understand, have the standard: «good for one regularly priced item except for A-​Z.» That’s fine. But then at checkout, the cashier barely paid attention. The guy in front of me had to remind her that he gave her a $ 20 bill when she handed back the wrong change. The manager who came didn’t apologize to the customer, but made sure to tell the girl he was also a musician. Sounds like they’re going to start an orchestra someday, so… When it was my turn, I had to ask for a bag and bag the items myself. Good luck out there. I’m sure it’s no great loss, my business. But I’ll take it somewhere else.

I am so addicted to the store I started making jewelry and if I could I would just go in there with trashbags and buy up all their beads everything they have great store super super friendly people I definitely recommend this place to everyone check it out you won’t be disappointed I promise

Pretty average Michael’s.
I’ve been here a couple of times and they’ve had a few items that I’ve needed, but are sometimes out. Last time, I was looking for hanging terrariums. I found some that were close, but not exactly what I wanted. I ended up going to Jo Ann’s where I was able to get exactly what I needed. This time, I was looking for some 1×12×12 styrofoam sheets. They only had one left. For this being a store that doesn’t seem super busy (based by the limited number of spots in the front and the fact that there aren’t ever many people inside), it’s a little surprising that certain items aren’t better stocked.
I’m always a little put-​off by the large cross displays right when you walk into the store. I understand that they’re showing off what you can do with your crafting skills, but it makes me a little uncomfortable.
Otherwise, average. They will have some basic things. It’s close by, so I’ll probably be back, but there are better options in the area.

Perfectly cleaned rows and shelves. Nice and friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. Lots of items I’ve never seen in any other Michaels. Best selection! You cant beat this storeIt does seem smaller then some of the other locations but they’re not missing a thing.
