I made an appointment here about a month in advance knowing I would be in Columbus visiting my sister and her family. They do ask for a credit card, but no worries, you can cancel in advance if you can’t make it. They ask for it because they do lock the shop so you and your guests have the place to yourselves which is a nice touch. I didn’t feel self-​conscious having to parade out in front of other brides that look way better than I do. I worked with Ashley and she was wonderful to deal with. After making my appointment, I had looked on their website and found a bunch of dresses I had hopes of trying on as long as they hadn’t sold by then. I emailed Ashley the list and she made sure if it was possible to have them ready in the store and even may have had some sent up from their Cincinnati store. They had a great selection and although they aren’t brand new, they are in really good condition. They even price matched with another consignment type shop which made it all worth while in the end. I would definitely recommend going here to try on wedding gowns. One last tip: They are upstairs in a building and I although there is a sign out front, the door isn’t marked so don’t worry — just go up and you’ll see it!

This is the only place you need to go to find your wedding dress. I bought a very elegant silk designer dress at half the retail price. Plus it is by appointment only and you and your guests are the only one in the store — as a bride you are making a big decision on a dress and it helps that you are the only customers and Ashley was very attentive. My sister does not live in and I really wanted her opinion, I was able to take photos to send to my sister and facetime her when I found the perfect dress. Ashley was amazing and anyone getting married should not waste their time at another store — this is the best place in town!

Don’t let «consignment» scare you, this second hand store is first class quality and very worth your time. Intimate setting, feminine décor, with friendly and knowledgeable staff; LUXEredux delivers the «Bridal Experience» every woman dreams of without breaking the bank.
I scheduled my 10a, Saturday appointment about two weeks in advance; it’s a good thing too because when I confirmed my appointment they already had a waitlist. Don’t be deterred when they ask for a credit card to reserve your appointment. It is a truly private experience, with the entire salon being locked to anyone but your party, so a 24 hour cancellation fee does apply. However, you are given plenty of opportunities to cancel without a fee. Ask to see pictures of inventory before your appointment so dresses you like can be shipped to your location if necessary. My stylist was kind, and attentive, with my feelings being her first priority. Trust their instincts. [Ashley] encouraged me to try new styles that experience told her would look dynamite on my figure, including the dress I ended up purchasing (which I never would have considered on my own). I valued her opinion because I felt she was genuine in her desire to see me in the right dress… even if it wasn’t from her.
Keep your entourage small (Max. 4) and be honest about your budget — they will respect it without hesitation. Schedule early in the morning to get first crack at inventory, and if you find a dress that’s a serious contender but don’t want to buy right away, ask if there are any other brides coming in that day in your size who might snag the dress. They can put it on hold so you can attend other appointments without worrying it will disappear.
One small thing: Access to the shop is through a door on the side of the building. There are no signs indicating where to go or how to get in. We wandered around for several minutes before calling the shop and being directed where to go. They could use something on the street to announce their presence and avoid confusion.
Conclusion? I found the PERFECT dress for my big day and was able to share the experience with those closest to me. Your first (and probably last) stop for the perfect designer gown with a reasonable price tag should be LUXEredux.

I had the most amazing experience here. I am from DC and my fiances family is from Columbus. My future mother-​in-​law recommended we go dress shopping here before I took a ton of trips. I found my dress, super affordable and never worn (just a sample basically!) and I had to get very minimal alterations done. The experience in itself was very calm and professional. I highly recommend checking them out before you go to a bigger store and pay a higher price!

Great selection of Designer dresses at a wide range of price-​levels (MAJOR deals on every single dress). I tried on in store, Ashley was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job of listening to what I was looking for as well as helping me narrow down what I wanted. I also did «Luxe in a Box» where I picked out 3 dresses they had online and had them shipped to me for a flat fee. It was so fantastic to be able to try-​on at home so I could include everyone in my dress-​search without having to squeeze them all into a boutique. Thank you Luxe for a great shopping experience!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at LUXEredux. I walked into an appointment hoping to browse around for some ideas and left with my absolute perfect dress! My stylist, Ashley, was incredibly helpful and sweet. She created an experience that my family and I will never forget. I did the Lux in a box where I had them send me several dresses for a flat shipping fee, I tried them on at home and could send back the ones I didnt want. This was such a great deal and they were so amazing to work with through the process! I HIGHLY recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a wedding dress. It was the best experience I had dress shopping by far!

A dear friend of mine found a wedding dress online that she really liked and apparently when you get engaged you obtain super powers and you can figure our where in your city this particular dress lives. Anyways, Luxe Redux had the dress and she invited a small group to tag along. I should disclose I have never been bridal/​wedding dress shopping ever in my life and from what I’ve seen on TV reality shows and from what others have told me, it seemed awful verging on torture. However, Luxe Redux is a small boutique that carries only consignments — meaning the dress was either once worn OR, in most cases, the dress is a sample from a bridal store or was a dress purchased by a bride but never worn (i.e. she found a dress she liked better or wedding called off). There was no one else in the store but us and there was no pushing taste or style on the soon-​to-​be bride. She tried on her dress and it was perfection. She also tried on a couple of dresses that she found there that she liked, for comparison sake and also because ya know, ya only hopefully get to do this once so why not try on some other dresses? She knew instantly the dress she came here for was «the one.» The dress is a never worn sample and fits her perfectly — only needs a slight alteration in the straps. The ladies who work here are in their late twenties/​early thirties and are very helpful, pleasant, and nice. There’s also some consigned bridesmaids/​party type dresses but nothing stood out. Totally painless and enjoyable process that only took us about an hour which we celebrated across the street at the pub with some shandys.
