McDonald’s

I ordered a bacon mcdouble. Only to come home and find that I have no bacon on my burger. In addition I had 3 small pickles and the sandwich was poorly put together. Very disappointing!!!

I have just moved in the neighborhood and have attempted to come to their drive-​through which opens at 5 AM, several times a little after 5 AM. They have not been open one single time. To drive over there for breakfast this many times when I get up in the morning and to be let down time and time again I am at my wits end. I will no longer come to this establishment and question going to any McDonald’s at any point! If they cannot follow simple promptness then I question their abilities at every level.

Always the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and really want to yell at myself for stopping today was especially painful with literally 4 people including the cook running around desperately takin orders and handing everyone the wrong food, unemployment problem nope just folks that won’t take a job here

Being a McDonald’s manager, I have a lot to say about this place. This is the best McDonald’s in Columbus… and probably in America. The drive-​thru, although one-​lane, moves continuously, especially during peak hours, and customers are energetically greeted immediately upon entering and never «wait around» to have their order taken. Employees are very experienced and take customer service and product quality very seriously – they don’t even have to be told. I have seen the runners return the food to the grill workers if the food is cold or made incorrectly – before it ever gets to the customer. The store is very old, built in the 60s, and is still the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. There is always someone sweeping or mopping the floor in the service and the grill area. If you go there between late morning and the afternoon, Wanda will be keeping the lobby spotless. She has been working at McDonald’s for about 100 years and is a great lady. She will even check on dining customers and fix any problems – right at the table. The owner often eats breakfast or lunch in the restaurant and chats with customers to get feedback. The food is still McDonald’s food, but it’s fresh and made the way it should be. The pleasant atmosphere and vibrant attitudes of everyone working there is what makes this place deserve a standing ovation.

Best McDonalds around. Aways hot and fresh and they have deals going on a weekly basis. I never even mind waiting 5 extra mins for fresh fries… who would when theyre oh so tasty?!

I have complained about the service AND food here for the last 2 weeks… even today with my FREE food coupon– the mcbites are hard and cold and I have dead fries. I even put in a call to the manager about how a worker dropped an item and attempted to put it in my bag after it hit the floor… and I caught him.
I am not even going to call and complian because all I will get is more free food coupons and I am OVER this. I will be going to Wendys or worse the Dutchess gas station for lunch from now on.

What can I say, I was drawn by the magic that is McRib. This is a nice location with a wonderful place to eat outside under the big trees in back of the restaurant. If y a gott do MCD’s, this is a great location.
