The most ridiculous level of customer service I have ever seen. I first thought it was only me, but then I saw the other review and realized am not the only one. I had a very rough experience though. I ended up waking out of the store without buying anything. I asked 4 times for help and got no response. The 4th time, she says«I am busy doing something else» and just walks away! I would give them a zero if I had an option.

If you have any thing so much as a question, ask for the Store Manager! A question on pricing seems a bit complicated for the employees. Boyfriend whisked me away for a romantic anniversary celebration, and stopped at Godiva knowing it’s my favourite. Unfortunately, the order was short. We stopped in the next day to explain what happened, and the employees STILL had NO idea that there was a difference in price between 5 and 12 chocolate covered strawberries… really? thank goodness that the store manager was there and able to help and make things right. We went through TWO employees with the simple question of price difference between 5 strawberries and 12 strawberries. Again, if it wasn’t for the Store Manager, I would swear off this location. maybe Godiva altogether.
