Food ok, service ok, place not so clean. Server came to the table twice once when the food came out and second time to drop off check, nice guy tho and polite

I’m giving this Ruby Tuesday 4 stars mostly because its world’s better food and service than neighbor, Friendly’s. My go-to has always been the self serve salad bar and even better when you get it with the soup/salad combo. The restaurant itself is large with comfortable booths throughout. They have a full bar with some yummy drinks, my favorites being the Ruby Relaxer and Sangrias. This location closes earlier than most restaurants at 10pm, kind of weak.

I have frequented this location several times and have never been disappointed. Tonight however, I must compliment them on a job well done. My mind was set on having a good salad when I arrived. I was not disappointed. Everything was filled and fresh. One of my favorites, the sliced beets, were chilled and were as appetizing as they looked. There are very few good salad bars around these days and this Ruby Tuesday has a great one. My service was quick and my server was attentive. For just a salad, I had an excellent dinner. My thanks to everyone there.

Food was fresh and tasty. The bar was clean and the staff were very nice. This is definitely a place to stop if you are hungry and want traditional American eats.

The food was good. Service was okay. Cleanliness was so-so. Everything we ordered(shrimp fondue, coastal trio, shrimp poppers, parmesian shrimp pasta and pumpkin spice cheesecake) tasted really good. :)

Kelsie and Scott were really great. Not only did we get a good meal and good service we got to chat a bit about past experiences with other restaurants and we have been coming coming here for quit awhile now. It’s good to get good service thank you

Flies all over our food and all over the restaurant. The turkey and avocado burger tasted old and left my boyfriend feeling extremely sick that night. I tasted it and it didn’t taste like a burger should.

Since the outlets have a serious lack of food options, we went here. I didn’t have high expectations since I try to stay away from chain restaurants, but it was better than I expected. I had a burger which was juicy and filling, along with some house wine. My mom had a burger as well, she’s a picky eater so I was surprised that she liked it as well. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed noshing and taking a break from our shopping. Not bad at all!

Salad bar has variety of selections. This is a convenient place for shoppers in Wrentham. Wings combo with salad bar is great. Service is good, attentive, friendly.

Not bad, would have liked a faster service. Good food. Managers work hard and the place is clean. Keep up the good work. It’s a tough job to run these places.

Decent food for reasonable prices. We really like the salad bar and on our most recent trip here, one of the kitchen staff was constantly running back and forth refilling the salad bar and keeping the area clean. A solid place for when you want decent fare.

Our family had lunch here recently while shopping at the outlets. Having dined at Ruby Tuesdays we knew what to expect food-wise and we weren’t surprised. I was surprised by the unbelievably slow service. The restaurant was very busy as I’m sure is the norm for a restaurant located at the outlets. But in our experience it was like they’d never seed a crowd before. Our kids were literally begging for their food. I will say that the salad bar was clean and clearly well looked after. We will try another restaurant next time.

Mediocre food! Last time we ate here my husband had to send his steak back and it was still overcooked when it came back. Figured maybe it was a fluke… nope, they can’t cook steak to order. They shouldn’t bother asking how you want it. My Parmesan chicken pasta was just a mound of cheesiness. No veggies to be found. They could’ve thrown something healthy in for color. There wasn’t even any bread to start. Portions were small. Overall disappointing so I won’t be going back soon.

I have no idea how I didn’t vomit all over myself eating at this Ruby Tuesday. It had been an extremely long day of shopping and spending like I was Scrooge McDuck with my girlfriend and I felt bad because I kinda told her to suck it up and just eat late night. There was about an hour left before Ruby Tuesday was closing so I knew the food wouldn’t be great but I didn’t think it would be horrendous. I seriously felt like the food was picked up off the side of the road and just thrown on the plate YESITWASTHATBAD ! The Smokehouse Burger which if you look on the menu looks absolutely phenomenal was just undercooked and brutal. It might as well not have been cooked, it was super pink(not medium rare like I ordered) and cold. The«crisp» onion rings were so soggy and the fries were hard as a rock. Our female server who at first I considered wonderful, literally came up to us about every 7 minutes and asked if we wanted something else. It was more than a little intrusive and annoying, while I appreciate good customer service THEREISSUCH A THINGASGOINGOVERTHETOP into the intrusive stage. I’d have given them four stars if the star of our dinner came out perfect. Our server, Jessie, was friendly, professional, and was spot on with her service. The chef, on the other hand, must be having an off day. Our tempura green bean came late because it had to be refired as the first one was burnt but still almost got sent out. Then, our ribs… was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. Just then, I heard a customer complain that their good was overcooked. The manager came over to try to make it right for us.

I have never eaten a bite of food at the Wrentham Outlets simply because we’ve thus far, never been inclined to go to any of the chain-only establishments that exist here. If we’re going to eat when we’re in Wrentham, we drive down the road a little ways and go to the most excellent Café Assisi. However we recently found ourselves in need of a bite to eat asap and decided to take a chance on Ruby Tuesday. I’d left the house that morning having only had a cup of coffee. I don’t know what I was thinking because before too long on this shopping jaunt I got very hungry and when I’m that hungry, I get the crankies. Not good. Ruby Tuesday somehow seemed the best bet amongst the woeful choices. After a quick perusal of the menu we both decided on the bacon burgers. Burgers along with omelets fall in the category of dishes that on the surface seem simple enough to make but in fact are foods that are deceiving in that they really require a certain culinary finesse to prepare correctly. Both burgers arrived cooked exactly as each of us had asked and were in fact delicious. They came with fries and although I only tasted a couple of them, they were nicely fried although needed a sprinkling of salt. They were a bit light-handed with the bacon but otherwise the burgers were piled with tomatoes, onions, lettuce and pickles. Spread on one side of the bun was a dab of what tasted like garlic butter and although I only sampled it since I didn’t eat the bun, it was very good although not integral to the overall good taste of the burger. We drank iced water which was refilled as needed. Our server was very attentive and efficient. What was immediately off-putting however was that the music was playing at quite a loud volume making it hard for us to hear each other. When we asked if it could be turned down, our server made sure that it was lowered right away. The restaurant has a huge salad bar where everything looked colorful and fresh with lots to choose from. If I ate from salad bars, this one looked to be a very good option. The bathroom was clean as was the overall restaurant. We got there at 11:45am to an almost empty restaurant. By the time we left about 40 minutes later there was a line out the door of people waiting to be seated. I guess this is a popular place for the outlet going crowd. Who knew? Not chain establishment-eschewing folks like us apparently. I would definitely return here while visiting this outlet mecca to see if this first and only impression holds up. I wouldn’t wait in line to do so but it seems that can be avoided by not going before the noon hour hits. This was a pleasant surprise and reminds me it’s best not to judge places, even chains, without trying them out. I am sorry to say, that I neglected to take any photos after checking in. Before I thought of it, our food was consumed by the ravenous beings we were and nary a photo had been snapped. It happens especially when cranky.

If I could do it over, I would pick Friendly’s. Wrestling with soccer moms over cardigans, leaping over piles of shoeboxes for clearance sneakers, and standing in line for the restrooms are all great ways to work up an appetite at Wrentham! I love that they have restaurants nestled in the shopping village. This one, though, was a bit of a disappointment. This was my first visit to a Ruby Tuesday and I believe it will be my last. Let’s talk about the WAIT! Obnoxious. While I very much like the idea of the salad bar to accompany meals, the entire rest of the menu could have been torn from TGIFriday’s or The 99. I’m more a local-eats girl anyway, but this was just… so prefab. I couldn’t get over it. I had the chicken tacos with the salad bar and was so disinterested in the tacos, that I didn’t finish most of it. One star is for the salad bar. The other star is for this small gem known as a blondie sundae. I LOVE blondie brownies, and this came served with a delicious caramel sauce, and creamy vanilla bean ice cream. The dessert was to die for. Normally this is the part in the review where I recommend a local place to try instead of a chain. However, I don’t know Wrentham well enough to make that type of suggestion. The best I can do is recommend you bring a sandwich, or stick with Friendly’s.

After a few hour of shopping at Wrentham Premium Outlet Blvd, it is dinner time. I let my friend to pick between Friendly’s or Ruby Tuesday… Just looking at the deco without even checking the menu, she decided on Ruby. A really quiet weekday with no wait… even no one really there… but a few tables occupied. $ 5 drink specials got my friend excited… Mai Tai is not bad. Crab Cake($ 13) is just pathetic after eating all the fresh seafood last few days in Boston… doughy… falling apart… and not too appetizing ½ ribs($ 16) one the other hand is quite good… tender and moist… Services was not bad… and they do have free WIFI… Come here only if you are shopping at the Outlets and Ruby Tuesday might be one of the better choice in the area!
