I dropped my wedding ring off here to be fixed, under warranty. They said they would call me back to let me know when the repair was completed, but they never did. I called several times to check on it, and no one could find my paperowork, and I was beginning to fear that they had lost my wedding ring. They did redeem themselves in the end by producing the ring, beautifully repaired; however, I was unimpressed with the customer service. The manager, Victor, made me feel like he was doing my some kind of favor by getting the ring back to me. I hope I don’t have to get my ring repaired again anytime soon, because dealing with this store was less than pleasant.
