This place is great! The vibe is very relaxing, and the wine and beers to taste are very pleasant. The view was not as grand as I expected based on some of the reviews, but still nice. The owner is extremely welcoming. I happened to drive by on a Monday after being there on Sunday, not realizing it was closed. He was working, but saw me at the gate and let me come in to buy a bottle of wine. I especially enjoyed hearing the story of how he built the place from scratch. Hats off to his success!

Went here today for a tasting. While the taster didn’t tell us a great deal about the wines, the place was really nice. Quiet and several nice places to just sit back and enjoy a bottle of wine. They had a band that played and unfortunately they were a bit loud and kind of ruined the ambience of the setting. Someone playing the guitar would have been a better choice. But it was an enjoyable experience. It would also be lovely in the fall.

Place was beautiful. Over looks the Bashakill, the wine was great and I’m not a wine drinker. They have good beer too, the place was awesome. The owner Peter was chatting with us and Nicole was an amazing hostess. I will go back many times.

This place is the absolute cutest!!! You can expect to have a great scenic drive up from the city to this place. It took us about 2hrs from Manhattan. And once you reach this place your heart will just melt. It is not a huge vineyard but it has all the correct components to make it adorable. Now in the fall, the leaves changing color, falling from the trees etc. It was just beautiful! Wine tasting: You have two options, either try 4 wines from the list or pay a cheap/reasonable $ 5 to sample all the wines on the list, of which there were 8. Ofc my bf and I went for the $ 5 deal. This deal also includes a free wine glass. They were kind enough to wrap up new glasses and had our package ready for pick-up by the exit. Pretty neat. I ended up loving the whitetail wine so we purchased a bottle($ 15) and got to sit outside in the patio area. They are slowly but surely expanding. My bf commented being here a while back and noticing mostly older folks enjoying this place. However, this time there was more of a younger crowd. I don’t blame them! The campfire, the live band, the gleeful atmosphere it portrays are all aspects that would make anyone want to visit. In addition, they recently got their brewing license and are working on getting beer into their establishment. Very nice! This place is closed Jan-Feb but are open March-Dec with varying hours(make sure to visit their website before making the trip). Overall, if you just want to enjoy a nice sat afternoon outside while sipping your glass of wine(or beer in the near future) then this is the ideal place! You can bring your own food, and I would highly suggest it!

Very cool place with live music & the ability to bring your own foods to pair with the wine There’s also local artists with paintings & pottery for sale. Note to owners– it’d be really nice, for those who forgot food, to maybe have artisanal food for sale — it’s a perfect pairing to your wines.

Very cool vineyard. one of our favs. Place is tucked away nice and quiet. Usually has acoustic entertainment. The wines are awesome. The owners/winemakers are very nice people. You can bring your own food and have an amazing picnic as you sit on their back property under the trees near the fountail and just take it all in while enjoying delicious wines at your leisure. Depending on where you live it might be a drive but if your Hudson Valley then you have no excuse and should treat yourself.

Up in the woods, off the beaten path, there is a sanctuary filled with lively voices and calming melodies. The organic offerings and local music make this a great weekend hangout. Taste the wines, find one you like and ask them to pop open a bottle for you… all that’s left to do is relax and take in the beautiful views.
