Healthy choice is The Secret Weapon. Hint. Vegetarian. That’s Cheif of Station! My Uncle likes the Original Cheesesteak. Don’t forget your potato chips wit dat. This place is a work of art and real fun. Mums the word. InSpectre Newcomen of Scotland Yard found glass between Jekyll and Hyde at table 41 down the street from Burns Home. Ronald Regan and«Star Wars» Ash Philly physics. Glass windows showing street view. Oh Boy, Holly Berry…- Johnny O works behind the counter with ICE coaching the menu.

I loved CIA so much, I asked for it to be my first«real» meal after I had my kid(partly because it’s conveniently down the street from the hospital). As it turned out, CIA is the real McCoy, it was as good this time as it was last time, so it’s not like we just happened to be lucky and gotten a good batch of sandwiches. Again, if someone from the resturant reads this, please consider opening one in the Dearborn area. You’d get slammed with lunch and dinner traffic from the nearby automotive giant’s(thousands of) hungry employees.

Try this place! Great food and great service. We went for the first time and got the cheesesteak and fries. Great experience. Owner was nice and very personable. The putine fries(fries with gravy and cheese) were really good.

I’m a huge fan of CIA, since before the shop opened. They have been doing street fairs for the past 20 years. This is a family owned and operated place with great customer service. Make sure you get the red chili relish! The waffle fries are terrific and everything is made to order.

Went here as part of a large group with some pretty serious time constraints. Everything was marvelous! I had a cheesesteak with cheese whiz on it, which was phenomenal, and a cup of french onion soup. The sandwich had amazing flavor and I loved the onions on it. I stole a waffle fry from a neighbor and it was great as well. The service was pleasant and fast — we were able to get there, eat, and get back to our event in 45 minutes. I want to go back — as soon as possible — and try a cheese steak with some of their other options — gravy, red sauce, and mushrooms all sound like good ideas.

Their food was incredible. Well the sandwiches are. Not a huge fan of the waffle fries. It’s pretty pricey but the sandwiches are huge. Nice selection of toppings and sauces. They also offer smaller sandwiches. I didn’t realize that until later. The service was great and if you like cheesesteak sandwiches this is the place to go!

I had the original cheesesteak with red sauce and peppers and my husband had the original with whiz. Both were astoundingly delicious. The red sauce was tangy and the peppers added just a little kick. I will say that if you add whiz, you really don’t need the sauce or peppers as the flavor is already amazing. We also had the waffle fries, which were seasoned and fried to perfection. We were greeted by the owner, who was very friendly and personable. He’s made cheesesteaks for over 30 years and also owns a meat company and you can tell when you eat the sandwich that the meat is excellent quality and he knows cheesesteaks! We drove 40+ minutes just to try this place and really loved it. We will definitely be back.

We were greeted when we walked in the door. Large menu hangs on the wall. We made our choices and paid. We were given our cups to get our beverages and we were greeted by the owner on the way to the pop machine. Like the atmosphere. The food arrived quickly. I am not a real cheesesteak expert, but I know what I like and I like CIA. We both had originals with an order of waffle fries. I like that they offer sauces but I didn’t need any because the sandwich was perfection. So were the fries. We will be back. Very soon.

This is my first time in and I’m loving it. I got the Turkey with waffle fries and it’s the best sandwich I’ve had in a while. You can tell their ingredients are FRESH, and everything is homemade. The staff is wonderful and they also have a great rewards program. My new favorite sandwich place!

Food is nothing special. Took 22 minutes to get one cheesesteak with cherry relish. Wanted to sit and eat. But took too long. Grabbed one out of a delivery order and said«this must be it». Then after getting home. No relish and hardly any cheese.

The people who opened this place have been serving cheesesteaks to the crowds that come to the Wyandotte Street Fair for years. This is not your classic Philly cheesesteak though they do have the Amoroso rolls and cheese whiz to make you one if you so desire. The cheesesteak that is number one on their menu here is served on a «Vitale» roll and has white american cheese. What is odd is that call it the«original, honest to goodness Philly Cheesesteak» though they seem to know the difference. The sandwich is very tasty but incredibly small. $ 6.79 is not a bad price, but I wish they would have raised it a buck and added more meat. If you want lettuce, tomato and mayo it is a dollar extra. Mushrooms do not seem to be an option, at least they are not listed on the menu. They have other sandwiches at similar prices. They also serve Poutine, which is becoming a popular menu item. Here they serve the gravy and cheese over waffle fries. Good food but too skimpy when there are a number of other places close by that serve a steak and cheese sub.
