Service sucks here, used to be good, but no longer. Was ready to place my order and the ghettofab gentleman is just looking at me like I was bothering him. Ate my sub, not a word was spoken, until I leave. As I am walking out the door, dude yells mockingly«Have a great day». Management needs to hire employees with waaaay better customer service. Staying away from this place for a while. Many other sub choices in Wyandotte alone!

Jimmy John’s recent«delivery charge» that is added to EVERY item you order is a total cash grab!!! Charging customers around $ 5(excluding tip) to have 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips delivered literally 3 blocks away is total BS. Nice going franchise owner, great way to increase profit by shorting your delivery staff in the long run. Charge $ 5 for delivery cost, take 50% of it or more and give the driver the leftovers. The sandwiches are barely worth that the inflated menu prices anyways. Want a decent sub? Go to subway. Want a cold dry run down piece of crap for a sandwich at gourmet prices? Jimmy John’s is your place! I for one will be boycotting your establishment and so should others. Nothing like good old corporate greed eh? Heck maybe JJ’s upper management can hire some poor sap at minimum wage to sucker punch unsuspecting customers as they walk through your doors! Just to show how much Jimmy John’s appreciates their clientele. At the rate Jimmy John is tumbling downhill in respect to their product quality, cost and customer service, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were somehow funding ISIS while the company’s big wigs are padding their pockets with all that cold ham and cheese money! Next time I contemplate ordering a Jimmy johns sandwich, I’ll careen my vehicle into the Detroit river while safely wearing my seatbelt. I’d rather breath water Jimmy John!

I love jimmy johns, but this is the slowest one on planet earth. I order from here all the time. And I can never count on them being here within 20 minutes.

I’d never been to a Jimmy Johns before. I wish that fast food places would stop assuming that everyone has their menu memorized and we already know the drill. I ordered off the menu and was not given any options.(what toppings, bread, etc) I ordered a vegetarian, which was not built as stated on the menu, and items were left off. I ordered a simple sandwich for my son and was given bread, ham, and cheese. I wish they would have asked if I wanted mayo or something. Both sandwiches where left whole and where much too large to pick up and eat. This was especially true for my 4 year old. I had to go back and ask to have them cut in half. I was given a cup for a drink but was not told where to fill it. I just need a little info so I don’t walk all around the place looking like a fool. Fair sandwich… blah service.

Jimmy John’s in general gives me the warm fuzzy feeling inside. Maybe it’s the memories of ordering late night Turkey Toms with a deli pickle at MSU that makes me smile… or how they have always come through for me last minute for party trays, when you’re supposed to give 24 hours notice… Let’s see… I have used the party tray options several times. Once last minute for a friend of a friend for their funeral and another time for a party. They have been gobbled up so fast! And at $ 50 to feed 30 people, I just love them… especially the Club LuLu with banana peppers and a deli pickle! [just don’t look at the nutritional facts]. Subs so fast, you’ll freak!
