Starbucks employees seem to have lost their edge. Time was when I was impressed how thorough and knowledgable they were. Not so much anymore– as demonstrated at this location. They are running around– making lots of mistakes. Please, Starbucks, invest in training — your highly skilled employees were one of the factors that made you the cream of the crop.

Starbucks your core product is selling a hot ready to be Served cup of coffee. Wyckoff top the list of worst location that I’ve been to. There been way to many time I have stop here waited in line just to be told sorry we have to brew more coffee. Really this should be a no brainier you a coffee shop. I like other products you sell, can understand from time to time they sell out. But coffee not being ready to serve is not one. So let’s get I together.

As far as Starbucks goes there is nothing that makes this one stand out and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. I like the consistency and the strong wifi. When I am in the address I will always seek out this location for its consistent great service.

I love this location. It’s pretty quiet and the place is always clean. Baristas are great.

Friendly day staff, less good at night. Overall I like it here a lot because its cozier than other locations. Could be more clean, but high volume makes it harder to keep up.

This is where you go to shake off the margarita you just drank at Blue Moon before heading back to work on your lunch break. Luckily I don’t use this ‘bucks for reading as I am wont to do because this one seems to fill up fast. Also I get a «moms and their babies» vibe when I’m there which is gross.
