Positives:
— Very friendly staff, and I mean very friendly
— Very knowledgeable staff on what they sell
— You can try video games before you buy it if they have a pre-​owned copy available (you have to rent time on the system)
— They are open until 11:00pm which i love, can’t stand that gamestop and movie trading co close so early
Negative:
— They carry a limited supply of new games when they first come out.
— They push the membership on you like it’s crack
— Their prices cannot compete with gamestop or online, but you may find a gem

This place has a horrible pre-​order system. I preordered two games and both of them has not been a good experience. The first one, they didn’t call me if my preorder was in even though it was. The second one for the Evil within, they won’t get it until Wednesday. Unacceptable for a game that’s a highly good one. Won’t preorder again at this location.

Decent selection of games for all consoles and blu-​rays. They are next door to subway so the smell carries over. I wish this place was as big as the location in mesquite. It’s very clean and organized. The employees are very informative. If you have a game trade card and pre order a game, it’s an automatic 10% off. Game trade will also buy used games, movies, consoles, iPods, laptops, projectors, pretty much all electronics you no longer want. I love game trade. What is gamestop?

Nicest video game store ever! The staff and selection were great. Anything from retro to Xbox one and they have a neat video game LAN center in the back with super awesome TV’s. I’m hooked!
