Yay, I’m honored to be first reviewer! This is my neighborhood store, so close proximity to home is a big bonus. However, my 5 stars is based not on location but on awesome customer service from associates and management (specifically in Home Goods as I do 80% shopping in the HGs and the rest on the TJ Maxx side) and a clean/nicely stocked store. All the associates at checkout are super friendly and speedy on transactions. On floor associates always approach customers with a warm greeting and readiness to help. I’ve interacted with 1 manager and she was professional and courteous in the satisfactory resolution of a minor «issue» (really wasn’t a problem per se, just small hiccup). I’ve never walked out the store empty handed b/c there’s always something I’ll pick up from the Pets, Housewares, Gourmet Foods, Linen/Bedding, or Décor departments. I’m a fan!
