I go here once a week and typically it’s good. However, today they forgot my olive mix and hot pepper mix!!! That’s the two reasons I go to which wich! May as well go to the subway that’s more convenient!!!

We came in at 3:20 on Sunday afternoon, they were starting to close up, closed at 4 but no time was posted on the door. One of the two employees informed us as we ordered that they were closing in twenty minutes as we ordered food at 3:25. 3 of our 5 sandwiches were wrong, wrong bread on one even after clarifying she wanted wheat. One was not Skinnied as ordered, and my wife’s was ordered with spinach and she got lettuce and two other ingredients left off completely.

One of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever paid for. Sloppy and felt like they could really care less. It was almost like I was eating condiments and slightly toasted bread. I have been to other which whiches in the past and enjoyed the same sandwich.

Pretty good food. I like Which Wich in general but I’m not sure how this location is still in business to be honest. The prices are through the roof compared with surrounding competitors. A sandwich, chips and drink plus tip you are in for $ 15. Add a cookie and it’s near $ 20. Very high. Every time I’ve been here it’s been dead, but the place is always dirty and run down. Markers are all worn out and there are many broken chairs. The furniture on the sidewalk is in serious need of attention(30 minutes with a can of silver paint would do it). The place looks abandoned just driving by. It’s like the employees just stopped caring. They can make a decent sandwich but that’s where it ends.

This was just gross. I should know better. Factory food. The ingredients were low quality and not fresh.

Just tried ordering a lettuce wrap on line and the person one the phone was was truley not trained in any type of phone ediccat. I asked that she just simply read the items from the bag and that was the hardest thing for her. She kept wanting me to guess what items were available. I told her I didn’t have a bag so can you just read what is there. It became a back and forth so I just said forget it. So annoying just read whats on t h e stupid bag.

$ 1.25 for a bag if chips and $ 7.75 for a medium sandwich seems a tad excessive. They are good but just a little step up from subway in my opinion. I was thinking this place was more like a McCalisters but more subway/jimmy johns. Though they have some very tasty raspberry iced teas! I would have no problem eating here again… if someone else was paying. For $ 11 I could find something I would rather have.

I eat at this location pretty frequently and usually the service and food are great. Today was clearly an exception. The store usually closes at 4 on Sundays and I walked in shortly after 3, but the chairs on all the tables along the wall were already stacked on the tables. This to me indicated the crew working was ready to close as soon as possible. I understand pre-closing, but it is often best tim spent on back of the house chores that the customers don’t see, and only if you aren’t busy. As I waited, they got a generally steady stream of customers. It took well over 25 minutes to get my sandwich. I saw other customers inquiring about their orders and what was taking so long. One guy got his sandwich, but his shake wasn’t ready — he left without it and the staff didn’t notice. They made it about 10 minutes after he left and then figured out he was gone. It took another 5 – 10 minutes to get the last part of my order done. There were several seemingly half-hearted apologies about the wait, but not much else. This is far below the usually great service.

The employee’s here are awesome and the sandwiches are great. One of the better sandwich chains out there.

Even though its pricey but hey so is Subway. I like the option to be able to build my own sandwhich. Today, I ordered a bacon/ham and it was yummy. Now I just need to get my lazy butt to sign up for their Vibe Club?

My son told me this place was«awesome» after trying it with a friend. Of course, dad and I had to see what my son was talking about. My son was right. I loved the concept of filling out the brown bag. We will definitely return!

Went here for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed. The set up is pretty cool. Come in find your bag, check off a few options, give it to the cashier and that’s about it. I love the options! they have many more varieties then other places around town and fun ones too. There’s the Elvis one with peanut butter, banana and bacon. ha ha I ordered the Beef and blue cheese on a white baguette with lettuce and tomato. I was full after half of it but the taste was so delicious that I soon finished the other half. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the prices. I don’t know why but I find it crazy to pay close to $ 9.00 for a sandwich, chips and a soda. If that’s not too much to you then I’d defiantly give this location a try. Fresh ingredients and ease of ordering is just a bonus. Will have to go back and try a different sandwich soon. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it!

Great food and service. Interesting idea with the brown bags. Not you average sandwich shop for sure.

I have been here quite a few times now. I must say, it is my favorite sandwich place, hands down. Like Deb G., we found out the hard way every sub is warm– when my daughter ordered the egg salad, ew. Now the bags have a «cold sandwich» box you can check. This location seems to have consistent service and a low turnover of employees as I have seen the same woman there at the register every time. Of all the sandwich places(and there are too many to count) this chain has, by far, the most choices.

This sandwich restaurant has a great selection and a cool, fun way to order; but… I was not aware that all sandwiches are served HOT and when my chicken salad arrived at the table smoking I could not eat it. I had to ask them to make it again. They were glad to change it, but did let me know that all their breads are served warm, since the bread is only semi-cooked when you order your sandwich. At least second time around they did not heat up the chicken salad(yuk!). The bread is all bagette-style and delicious. Next time… I will opt for a hot sandwich, like the reuben. Cold chicken salad on warm bread was still a bit weird for me.
